We have elsewhere herein challenged the popular notion that the rank and file agents of the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc., are nearly all good, faithful, honest and trustworthy officers acting in strict accordance to their oaths and our Constitution. Our reasoning is bolstered by the fact that the current Deep-State - Shadow-Government was growing and solidifying itself for a full 24 years before the Trump Presidency came to be.
As a matter of common practice, ever since unconstitutional Political Parties began taking over American government from the Constitution itself, every new Presidential administration would "clean house", replacing all the top few ranks of all agencies and putting their own Party operatives in there.
But, you see, Billary Clinton was the last American President to do that. Billary fired every single attorney in the whole Department of Justice, and put his own carefully chosen Marxocrat Party hacks in there. And they did the hiring, the firing, the promoting and demoting, the rewarding and penalizing of all attorneys empoyed by Justice, for a full eight years, while normal attrition was going on and good attorneys (and FBI agents) were retiring, and bad ones were being promoted.
President George W. Bush broke the trend; he didn't do that. He fired no one. He kept Billary's chosen attorneys and agents right where they were, to keep the process going for another eight years. Marxocrat Party agents and attorneys were advancing up the ranks, and good, Constitutional attorneys and agents were being lost to attrition.
Then, we had Comrade President Barack, peace be upon him, who put this situation on steroids, hiring flat out Marxists and Moslems and putting them in high places all over the American government.
So the agency/bureaucracy part of the swamp had a full 24 years to metastasize and purge the good people out, and to grow and reward evil. That's what the Trump Presidency inherited, in all of his supposedly President-run agencies, and in all of the existing government bureaucracies.
I don't believe for one minute the claim of so many conservative voices out there proclaiming the good, trustworthiness of the rank and file agents in FBI, CIA, etc. How could that possibly be, with anti-American Marxists doing the hiring, the training, the mentoring and the directing for a full 24 years?
Just how long do you think the career of a government agent is?
President Trump needs to do what Billary Clinton did: fire every single attorney in the whole Department of Justice, and start the process over.
The FBI and the CIA are now so corrupted and so damaged by scandal that they should be completely cleaned out, taken down and "merged" into one agency with a new name. Somebody trustworthy of the task needs to be assigned to rebuild them into one American investigative/espionage/counter-espionage agency, with agents intelligent enough to know the difference between American citizens and non-citizens, and how to legally treat them respectively.
We cannot have top intelligence and police agencies that are loaded down with, or even slightly infected with, ideological Marxists, Moslems or Political Party Hacks. Their oath is supposed to be to the Constitution, and to nothing else.
Similarly, as we have pointed out it Realistic Swamp Draining, the anti-American and anti-Constitution Swamp includes a whole lot of Senators, Congressmen and Justices on the Supreme Court.
Just take one radical violation of the Constitution they have done, and challenge them with it. Obamacare, for example. Out of their scope, but they don't care. Unconstitutional, but they don't care. Not listed in Article One Section Eight, among the limited and enumerated powers of the federal government, but they don't care.
The President, the Congress and the Supreme Court have no business whatsoever even addressing medicine, health care or insurance. These are all matters of State jurisdiction, local disquisition and/or strictly private sector matters.
There's nothing difficult about this; the Constitution was written for us, not for any super-educated elites. It's written in simple straight-forward English, and that's how it needs to be read. You don't have to be a lawyer to understand it. You only have to be a citizen; the one to whom and for whom it was written, and the one who's legal rights are laid out therein.
That means you, specifically. It was written for you. Read it.
Now, a violation of the Constitution, and a simultaneous violation of the oath of office, is an impeachable offense. But we cannot expect the government to impeach itself. The House isn't going to impeach any of it's members, and neither is the Senate. And no Marxocrat Party member is ever going to act or vote to impeach any devout, devoted, strict and utterly reliable Marxocrat Party Supreme Court Justice.
If the answer to all of those questions is "yes", and it is, then it would seem that the President may, and should, have his Attorney General bring criminal indictments against any Senator, any Congressman and any Supreme Court Justice who had ever knowingly violated the Constitution and his oath of office in the performance of the official duties required of his own Constitutional Office.
I don't know what the punishment for violating the oath of office and violating the Constitution in the performance of official Constitutional duties might be, because the only place I see it addressed is in the Constitution where it speaks of Impeachment; but, as we said, corrupt government officials are not likely to start impeaching each other.
But the act of bringing charges and convicting official violators of the Constitution of those charges would, at the very least, highlight what they have been doing for a living at our expense, and the harm they have been doing to our supposedly Constitutional Republic. It may do more political damage than they can bear.
From our Constitution, on the impeachment process:
This indicates that impeachment happens first, and indictments, if any, follow that. But, if the body itself is too corrupt to impeach its own members, I see no reason why indictments cannot come first and impeachments second.
If this ball ever got rolling, it might encourage the Congress to begin cleaning itself up, as it should have been doing from the birth of the nation. Convicted officials would be denied the vote in their own or any other impeachment proceedings.
Anyway, them's the thoughts that were bugging me this morning.
Maybe someone should put a bug in President Trump's ear.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in
thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life:
and few there are that find it! Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Jesus Christ; Matt 7:13-15
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator’s supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights.”--Pope Pius XII
"It is not lawful to take the things of others to give to the poor. It is a sin worthy of punishment, not an act deserving a reward, to give away what belongs to others."--St. Francis of Assisi
