Fixing it all, or, losing it all: The Only Options Left for America.

Fixing it all is our only real option now. If we don't fix it all, we will surely lose it all.  Things have just gone too far for any peace-meal, item-at-a-time, one-step-at-a-time projects, marching toward the return to American national sanity.  The enemy is successfully and rapidly advancing on too many fronts, any one or two of which could bring our whole system down, permanently.  No one can stand alone in the breach, like the little Dutch boy with his heroic finger plugging the hole in the dike. There are now too many breaches in the dike. 

We cannot count on any political Party to do what's right.  They have betrayed us, and our Constitution, and their oaths.  We cannot count on the Congress, the Presidency or the Supreme Court.  They have all, in their majority, betrayed us, and our Constitution, and their oaths.  Their word is worthless; they are not to be trusted.  They are undependable, and untrustworthy.  They are very sly, but slyness is not to be confused with intelligence. 

The reason we cannot count on them to do what is right is that they do not know what is right.  They no longer know simple right from wrong.  That makes them incompetent, at the very least.  And they, in their incompetence and in their evil intent, are driving the national bus.  Off a cliff. 

That leaves it up to us: We the People.  We need to turn this ship around, and that means turning ourselves around, one man at a time, but right now.  Time is up.  We will do it now, in sufficient numbers, together, or we will go to hell, together.  The only hope this country has of remaining One Nation Under God is if we get superior numbers of strict Constitutionalists in both houses of Congress and a strict Constitutionalist in the White House.  No small order, with no political Party in America today that is strictly Constitutionalist, let alone the least bit trustworthy. 

The Democrat Party and the current administration are so blatantly and obviously anti-Constitutional and anti-American that it would be disgraceful, if there were anyone left who understood the word disgrace.  (You cannot violate or ignore the Constitution without being anti-American, because the Constitution Constitutes America herself.)  The Constitution, and the Constitution alone, makes America what she is, or what she has been.  That's why the oath of office for Presidents, Congressmen, Senators and Justices is an oath to protect the Constitution, not America.  The Constitution makes America.  Not that oaths of office mean anything nowadays. 

The Republican Party is no better.  Where the Democrats love, sponsor, champion and promote such things as Christian supression, sodomy, abortion, an end of national borders, promoting murderous Islam as a religion of peace, disarming America, arming enemies, betraying Israel, alienating allies, growing government, destroying energy industries, economic destruction, redistribution, collectivization, etc., the Republican Party is embarrassed by our religiosity and morality, and our adherence to the Constitution.  And so they seek to do away with us, and build another base; perhaps one that would be more popular with the Marxist moral degenerates in entertainment and celebrityhood.  If they succeed, the result will be two slightly different variations of the Marxocrat Party in America.  One will be very tiny and powerless (but with a lot of filthy rich and happy ranking members and consultants) and the other will be huge and all powerful. 

1: We are not going anywhere worth going without God.  This nation was founded by Godly men to be a Godly nation.  We touched on this in the American Founding Principles outlined in our founding document, the Declaration of Independence.  The American citizen rights - protections from their own government - institutionalized in that document were declared to be out of Natural Law; to be Self Evident, and Endowed by God.  The pre-nation of America began life as thirteen Colonies, established as individual Christian denominational theocracies.  During the whole founding era, and especially during the severe testing of the Revolutionary War, these thirteen originally fiercely theocratic Colonies were formed into an inter-denominational Christian alliance that still recognized and worshiped the same God. 

The Constitution would soon put an end to Christian theocracy in the new nation by outlawing it at the federal level, and eventually, state by state, all Christian theocracy would come to an end.  The First Amendment would free the citizenry of any government threat of imposing a religion upon the them.  But I am getting ahead of myself; the legality of it would be addressed later; in our Founding, it was already recognized that the Revolutionaries could all bind themselves to commitment under the basic, foundational principles of Christianity, while remaining free to each worship in his own way. 

Thus, they were able to agree upon the aforementioned citizen rights that no government could interfere with: the rights born of Natural Law, which were Self Evident, because they were Endowed by God.  And the citizen rights so identified were enumerated as:

  1. Citizen equality in rights, remedies, protections and responsibilities before the law.  (Equal treatment; elimination of classes, nobility and rank due to birth.) 
  2. Citizen right to protection of his own life. 
  3. Citizen liberty, within the law. 
  4. Citizen right to choose his own path, to own and accumulate property, profit and wealth.  To legally pursue his own happiness, however he defines it. 

These then were the four large foundational citizen rights, from which all other citizen rights would flow.  Since they were endowed by God Himself, no man and no government should be able to put them aside.  The Founders said, in black and white,

 ... That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. ...
--Declaration of Independence.

And so we see a fifth foundational citizen right, that flows from the first four: The right of the citizenry to altar or abolish a government destructive of any of the four foundational rights, and institute new government in its place.  In the Founders case, that meant throwing off the yoke of British tyranny and writing the Constitution and Bill of Rights.  In our case, that would mean throwing off the current sitting government and returning to the Constitution as written.  The current situation is no less perilous for the American nation than were the events leading to the Revolutionary War. 

The Founders turned to God.  At the insistence of Benjamin Franklin, they began all proceedings and deliberations with prayer.  Now, how did they do this, if they were all of disparate Christian religious sects?  By becoming, in their public and political meetings, members of what Franklin called "Our American Religion."  In this informal and general gathering of divergent Christian denominations, it was possible to speak, discourse and even pray in such a manner as to be compatible with all denominations and offend none.  Taking a step back from any and all formal Christian theologies, they concentrated on simply giving God His due, and on the Christian morality that they all held in common.  They all held in common the Judeo-Christian Ethos that they had all been raised in. 

Their Christian diversity remained, but, they all remained solidly Christian.  Franklin himself, who was self-educated from the age of 10, held to a rather odd, individualistic blend of Calvinism, modified Deism and even a little Puritanism.  He, like his fellows, was not averse to speaking openly on questions of his own personal religion.  Here is how Benjamin Franklin once described his own belief system:

You desire to know something of my religion. It is the first time I have been questioned upon it. But I cannot take your curiosity amiss, and shall endeavor in a few words to gratify it. Here is my creed. I believe in one God, the creator of the universe. That he governs by his providence. That he ought to be worshipped. That the most acceptable service we render to him is doing good to his other children. That the soul of man is immortal, and will be treated with justice in another life respecting its conduct in this. These I take to be the fundamental points in all sound religion, and I regard them as you do in whatever sect I meet with them.
--Benjamin Franklin, to Ezra Stiles, March 9, 1790.

The Founders were men of faith, who might gently evangelize each other, but who would never force their theology on each other.  They were certainly not averse to discussing religion, or even to praying together.  They did it all the time

This recognition of God is what we the people must return to, as a first step.  We talked about it in the American re-evangelization, and then in the Deep Reconciliation, and elsewhere herein, so I won't go into all those details again.  We must reverse the damage done by the clearly anti-American project of societal secularization imposed upon us by the Democrat Party.  The political project to destroy belief in God throughout America must be recognized as a political project to destroy Constitutional America, because America is founded and based upon Christian principle and Christian belief.  God Himself was officially declared by our Founders to be the Divine Author of our citizen rights.  The enemy knows that, to take away those rights, he must first take away our belief and trust in God. 

Again - repent; fast; pray.  Please.  If we call on the Lord, He will hear. 

Without God, we can do nothing.  With God, nothing is impossible. 

2: We have got to get our government back under the Constitution.  As we said near the beginning of this article, it is now solely up to us; if We the People don't fix it, it won't be fixed.  Let us repeat, with emphasis:

The only hope this country has of remaining One Nation Under God is if we get superior numbers of strict Constitutionalists in both houses of Congress and a strict Constitutionalist in the White House. 

If that doesn't happen, Constitutional America is lost. 

It is the Constitution that concretizes and sets into law the citizen rights that naturally flow from the Foundational rights spoken of above, and those legal rights that prevent any recurrence of the offenses of King George listed in the Declaration.  It is the Constitution that makes us what we are.  It is the Constitution that makes us unique among the nations of the world. 

The Presidency, the Congress and the Supreme Court have all, in their majority, violated the Constitution they falsely swore to uphold in their oaths of office. 

The Constitution is the law; indeed, it is the supreme law of the land.  If the Constitution is law, then violation of the Constitution is a crime, and Constitutional government not adhering to the Constitution is a criminal activity.  Sworn government officials who violate the Constitution commit a double crime, because they also violate their sworn oaths of office. 

The Founders and the Framers never dreamed that such un-Godly, anti-Constitution, anti-American, completely unworthy men would ever be elected or appointed and approved to high Constitutional office. 

If we don't get back under the Constitution, with strict Constitutionalists dominating both houses of Congress and the Presidency, than all that follows herein is just whistling in the wind

3: Impeach the Bastards.  We have elaborated on this topic in Impeach the Bastards, and in Grounds for Impeachment, and in The Case for Treason, and a multitude of places elsewhere herein.  We have shown that our President and many, many members of both houses of Congress, and a majority on the Supreme Court have committed the criminal act of directly violating the Constitution in the performance of their Constitutional offices, and thereby also violated their own sworn oaths of office. They should be impeached. 

Any elected or appointed and approved officer, or any appointed and approved cabinet-level or lower officer of the federal government who has demonstrated in the execution of his office a contempt or disregard for the Constitution, or a willful violation of the clear and simple wording of the Constitution, should be impeached from office, at the very least. 

Constitutionally, Articles of Impeachment are drawn up by the House of Representatives, and cases of Impeachment are tried in the Senate.  As we have said elsewhere, many times, so long as the Senate is in the hands of strict anti-Constitutionalists, no one is going to impeach anyone.  Elections have consequences. 

We need to return to being a nation of laws and not merely of men. 

No man should ever be above the law, or make the law. 

The Constitution needs to be restored to its proper place as the supreme law of the land, or America, as Constituted, is lost. 

4: Set aside all Un-Constitutional Laws, Precedents and Executive Orders.  There is nothing in the Constitution making the Supreme Court the final arbiter of what is Constitutional and what is not Constitutional.  The Supreme Court is only one of three co-equal branches of government, none of which hold any Constitutional power or authority over either of the others.  What the Constitution grants each of them is a division of labor: a unique set of responsibilities: to legislate law, to execute law and to adjudicate law.  The clear and simple English wording of the Constitution itself is the only "final" arbiter of what is Constitutional and what is not Constitutional. 

In the landmark 1803 Maybury v. Madison decision, the Court decided, quite properly, that an un-Constitutional law was no law, and thus, null and void from that date forward, and established the principle of Judicial Review.  That's all it did.  It still remains for a Congressional action to establish a similar principle of Congressional Review, and it still remains for a President to establish a similar principle of Presidential Review. None of the three branches holds any position higher than the other two as any final arbiter of the Constitution. 

The brief, concise, clearly worded Constitution itself holds that position. 

If, by some mioracle, we were to get superior numbers of strict Constitutionalists in both houses of Congress and a strict Constitutionalist in the White House, here is a small sample of what could be done, rather quickly, to get us back under the Constitution:

  1. A President with or without the consent of Congress, or a Congress with or without the signature of the President, could declare Obamacare to be un-Constitutional, and therefore no law, null and void from that date forward.  
  2. A President with or without the consent of Congress, or a Congress with or without the signature of the President, could declare Separation of Church and State to be un-Constitutional, and therefore no legal precedent, null and void from that date forward.  
  3. A President with or without the consent of Congress, or a Congress with or without the signature of the President, could declare Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton to be un-Constitutional, and therefore no legal precedent, null and void from that date forward.  

Neither health care nor health care insurance are listed under the limited and enumerated powers of the federal government in Article One Section Eight of the Constitution, so Congress had no Constitutional business even addressing it in a bill, and the President had no Constitutional authority to sign it into law.  Short of a new Constitutional Amendment, the federal government has no Constitutional authority to even address the matter in any new federal law. 

As we said in our Refutation of Separation of Church and State, the Black Court just made that whole legal precedent up out of thin air, inventing, in effect, new law, which did not exist in the Constitution or anywhere else before the Black decision.  New law is the exclusive domain of the Congress, not the Court.  The Court had and has no authority to arbitrarily "interpret" new law into being while adjudicating case law appealed to itself. 

As we said in our refutation of legalized Abortion in America, abortion is nowhere listed among the limited and enumerated powers of the government in Article One Section Eight, and so it is out of bounds for the whole federal government to legislate on it either way.  Again, another judicial decision set a precedent with the legal effect of abrogating legislated, representative law as it existed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.  Which is to say, it was new law, and new law is, again, the exclusive Constitutional domain of the Congress, not the Court. 

The federal government was not designed to regulate everything in America.  These and many other issues are properly handled at state or lower levels of government, because they are matters of local community standards. 

5: Set aside un-Constitutional bureaucracies, and the un-Constitutional laws that made them and fed them.  As we said in the Cut the Spending Pages links in the right hand column, the Constitution grants Congress alone the authority to make new law.  It nowhere grants Congress the authority or ability to delegate that authority to any other body, including any federal agency or bureaucracy.  No un-elected, un-representative bureaucrat has any Constitutional authority to make regulations or rules governing the citizenry under the force of law. 

A good place to begin would be to Kill the IRS.  That alone would do much to end all political wranglings over federal funding, earmarks, lobbying, deductions, tax qualifications, exemptions, and a million political tricks hidden in the 70,000+ page indecipherable tax code. 

We could go right down the line, cutting EPA, cutting ED, cutting DOE, and just continue through all the Cut the Spending Pages.  As each bureau is cut, it should mean cutting the whole payroll and all benefits of bureau employees.  Any union or other contracts made promising retirement or other benefits were illegal contracts, since the bureau itself was an illegal and un-Constitutional entity that never should have been brought into being at tax payer expense.  The tax payers are, after all, the sovereign citizens here, not the loyal subjects of the bureaucrats. 

We have not "drifted" into this un-Constitutional situation; we have been carefully and artfully guided into it, over many, many decades.  We have been deceived, indoctrinated, propagandized and mesmerized into it.  The huge and growing moron vote is the product of purposeful mal-education, propaganda and sensual distraction.  The fact that many of the "best" of our current crop of conservative, pro-Constitution champions are convinced adherents to Darwinism, Freudianism and, even to some degree, Marxism, should tell you all you need to know about their own lack of critical thinking.  They are lost.  There are many intellectuals among the moron vote.  Most of our intelligentsia today are over-educated morons, convinced in their ignorance, certain of their rightness, who think themselves superior to the rest of us. 

The first paragraph bears repeating here:

We have been radically changed from Constitutional America to what we are now.  It took a long time to get here.  However, if we do not use radical change, in a short time, I fear that all will be lost, and soon. 

That's my opinion, for what it's worth.

You are quick to use labels like Darwinism and Freudianism, but I haven't noticed any mention of Catholic Flatearthism.  They taught that the earth was flat before, during and after punishing Galileo for saying otherwise.  Eventually, the flat earth dogma just quietly went away, out of embarrassment I suppose.  But many of your readers probably still hold to it.

Your lack of knowledge on the subject is showing.  The Church never taught any such thing, and no such dogma, or any such lesser doctrine, ever existed.  The flat earth theory was the product of material science, not theological science.  

It was TTRSTF4 of worldly material science who invented and maintained the flat earth myth, not theologians or teachers of religion. The fact that many clerics of the day were also scientists does not change the fact; the Church makes no doctrines on worldly things.

It was, again, TTRSTF4 who perpetrated the Piltdown Man hoax, and maintained it for over 40 years, and it was they who invented the more current global warming hoax, and the ozone-hole hoax, and the acid-rain hoax, and a host of others. And it was TTRSPTF5 who indoctrinated (I mean taught) all of this, and it was TTRSJTF6 who propagandized (I mean consistently reported) all of it as "real science."

What Galileo got into hot water with the Church over was his interpretation of Scripture, not his science.  He had Cardinal-level support and sponsorship for his science.  Read The Galileo Inquisition page for a different version than you probably were indoctrinated with in public school and in university. 

Again, just for the record, it was the material scientists who invented and maintained the flat earth theory, not the Christians.

You are right on in your comment to Jan.  I just finished Benjamin Wiker's book, "The Catholic Church & Science: Answering the Questions/exposing the myths." (Pub. 2011)  It is a very readable examination of seven major myths regarding exactly what the Catholic Church teaches and has experienced in history, starting with the myth that the Church is at war with science, and that Faith is at war with Reason.  This is a centuries-old bit of propaganda that is trotted out by folks who really don't want to follow God's laws.  This is the basis for the government's expansion and promotion of the materialist/secularist religion that has so much influenced our culture in today's world.  The more we address this issue with the truth of what the Church teaches, the more people will understand how they have been miss-lead by our press, our government, our schools, and the non-Catholic world in general.

Bishop Fulton Sheen used to say that there are many people who hate the Catholic Church, but very few of them really know what the Church teaches.

So true.  The charge that Catholics, or any Christians, are all a bunch of "Flat Earthers" is such a tired old canard that most of us don't even bother to respond to it; but maybe that's the problem.  There has never been a Church doctrine regarding the shape of the earth, so why are we the ones called Flat Earthers?  Would not that title be more appropriately applied to Scientists?  After all, it was their invention. 

It always seems to come to be that whatever the anti-Christians falsely charge us with is something they themselves are guilty of.  That is a truly fascinating and intriguing phenomenon. 

For example, look at the dialogue/argument following the privately submitted Just Laws for a Godly Nation article.  There the anti-Christian, anti-Constitution activist accused us of trying to legally force them to to follow our moral code.  But the situation was and is exactly the reverse of that.  The Constitution doesn't allow it, and we are Constitutionalists.  All of his examples were just flat out the exact opposite of his charges. 

Constitutionalists didn't invent Separation of Church and State.  Constitutionalists do not seek to secularize society.  Constitutionalists didn't decide Roe v Wade.  Constitutionalists are not pushing for homosexual marriage.  They push these things while falsely claiming we are pushing the opposite.  We are only defending ourselves. 

If it isn't in Article One Section Eight then, Constitutionally, it cannot be addressed either way at the federal level. 

It's such clear and simple English that I don't understand why everyone doesn't just see it right off the bat.

Even if you are right about the origins of the flat earth theory you should recognize the advancements of science since then.  You seem over-prepared to denigrate science at every opportunity.  You do a great disservice to the quest for truth by mocking science on your site, because the problems science seeks to solve will not be solved by your religion.   Science has evolved, and scientific errors have been corrected over time.  It is wrong to condemn all of science because of some misapplications or historical bad examples of it.

Has not the whole Catholic Church been publicly condemned by the Leftist media over the priest-pedophilia scandals? 

Are not all Christians roundly mocked and ridiculed for any slight hint of  non-acceptance of the purely faith-based belief system of Darwinism

Read the Eco-Nazi Movement page and tell me why I should trust anything pushed by any contemporary scientist, teacher, professor, publisher or journalist today. 

The real danger contemporary scientism poses today is how it infects the intellect, and the proper thinking of "educated" adults.  Since theology and material science were split out of philosophy, as explained in the Modernism page, they have been put at odds with each other, virtually destroying their earlier cooperation in the quest for truth.

This is all full of sound and fury signifying nothing.  It all sounds good, but it's impractical.  Things don't work that well or that fast.  You need to pay more attention to steadier practitioners of American politics and slow down.  It looks like you're getting panicky over what you're hearing on talk radio, but there are calmer voices available if you will only listen to them. 

Newt Gingrich is such a steady voice.  The point he's making in the news today, which is a reiteration of what he has said before, is that, first, it's a big political mistake to simply oppose Obama and oppose Obamacare without having an alternative plan to put forward.  We need a new, specific, multi-point plan like the Contract With America that worked before.  An alternative plan to Obama's agenda, and an alternative plan for Obamacare, and an alternative plan to counter every Democrat plan in existence.  It is a mistake to simply defund or otherwise repeal Obamacare, first because it won't work, and second because it would be better to take it to the court in a calm and deliberate manner.  But we need an alternative ready to go. 

You should also consider the wise advice of Karl Rove, who knows a thing or two about demographics, and about reading, understanding and moving the voters, area by area, all over the map.  Just standing up and opposing big issues like comprehensive immigration reform and Obamacare are driving votes away, as are rigid adherence to social issues.  You need to slow down.  You can't do this all at once.  Listen to the steadier voices of conservatism.

Gingrich is a self-avowed Progressive, whose favorite historical President is FDR.  Not Washington; not Lincoln; not Reagan; but FDR, the most Progressive and destructive President preceding Obama.  A Progressive, in case you didn't know, is a Marxist-light.  A big government aficionado, for whom a bigger government is a better government.  The ultimate Marxist goal is the same, but it is to be attained through a progression of smaller steps, rather than through a violent revolution. 

We should "take it to the court in a calm and deliberate manner"?  Maybe you weren't paying attention.  Obamacare already went before our currently predominantly Leftist Supreme Court.  How did that work out for America?  You want to just do it again?  And again?  How stupid can you be? 

As for Karl Rove, I will never understand how people ever got to see him as brilliant, or even particularly smart.  He's smart in so far as he's figured out how to get paid megabucks for running campaigns, win lose or draw.  And it seems all he really knows how to do is lose.  When did he ever win?  He still gets paid; in that regard, I'll give it to him: figuring out how to get paid for losing contests takes as much brains as it takes guts. 

His last recommended candidate was Romney; how did that campaign work out for America? 

The one before that was McCain; how did that work out for America? 

Why do people give Rove so much credit when credit is not due?  Karl Rove is a loser and a stupid ass; or, he's a very sneaky and treacherous deceiver who is really working for the opposition.  As far as we're concerned, and as far as America is concerned, and as far as our Constitution is concerned, he's a loser

And, regarding your call for "alternative" plans rather than just opposing the plans of the opposition - we already have one.  It's called the Constitution, and all that is required is to enforce the law.  The existing law.  There is nothing wrong with the existing law.  Not enforcing the law is a crime. 

We already have an immigration law.  We already have border security law.  The only thing wrong with them is a refusal to enforce them on the part of our current elected whole government. 

Neither Health Care nor Health Care Insurance are listed among the limited and enumerated powers of the federal government in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution, and so it is un-Constitutional to even address them in any way in federal law.  Alternative?  Hell no.  It needs to be declared un-Constitutional and no law. 

Incidentally, if they are not enforcing existing law now, if you pass an alternative law, what makes you think they will enforce that law? 

We have a lawless government here.

That's just wrong.  The goals are NOT the same.  Gingrich is adamantly opposed to Obamacare, and everything else the Democrats are pushing.  And so is Rove.  They are CONSERVATIVE.  What you are pushing is right wing extremism, and that is just as bad for America as left wing extremism.

Opposed?  No they aren't.  Look at what they say, and parse the words carefully.  They don't "oppose" Obamacare, or anything else the Dems put forward.  They have "alternatives" plans.  Proposing an alternative plan to accomplish the same thing is not opposing that thing.  It's just supporting it with different words. 

What they are saying is that, we agree that this un-Constitutional plan is needed, but we have a better alternative way to accomplish it.  The fact that it is unneeded and un-Constitutional gets left in the dust. 

The difference between the Democrat Progressive and the Republican Progressive is that,

  1. The Democrat Progressive exaggerates or even creates a "crisis" and then proposes an un-Constitutional law to save the world from the crisis. 
  2. The Republican Progressive offers a calmer, steadier voice, and an alternative un-Constitutional plan to save the world from the crisis.  

The Republican plan works best when everyone is singing "Happy days are hear again." 

The Progressives who are currenty running and driving the whole apparatus of the Republican Party offer nothing new, nothing original; they only react to whatever the Democrats propose.  The Democrats are now so openly radical that the Republicans look conservative. 

But they are not.  Far from it.

Note to all:

Just watched today's Vortex with Michael Voris, at http://www.churchmilitant.tv/daily/?today=2013-08-16 and it struck me that the American bishops seem to be in the same condition as the American Republican Party.  In both cases, it looks like a from the ground up type of movement is needed.  We Constitutionalists cannot look to the current Republican Party for the salvation of our Constitution, and we Catholics cannot look to the current crop of American Bishops to save our souls. 

In watching this video I was moved by the similarity between what Michael called the "Establishment Church" and the "Professional Church" as opposed to the "Peasant Church" members who love the faith, but are out of power.  It sounded just like the Establishment Republican Party, and the Professional Politicians currently running things inside the beltway, as opposed to the grubby, out-of-favor and disrespected Tea Party Americans who love the Constitution.  In both cases we see a ruling class seeking to create and dominate a lower class of contemporaries. 

In the American Church, both clergy and laity who love the true faith are driven nearly underground.  In American politics, both citizenry and politicos who love the Constitution are beaten down in every quarter, even by their own Party.  

Like Michael said, we need to get out there and "be Catholic" in spite of the bishops, and maybe we need to get out there and "be American" in spite of the Republican Party.

The peasants in the pew, most especially the pre-Vatican II type are were not  respected and indeed are still not respected by the USA Catholic church. However we show up every sunday at church to their dismay! They are waiting for us  to die. When that happens, they will find themselves talking  every sunday to a very, very small group of people.

At this moment in time, most Constitutionalists would love to kill the IRS. How do you Kill the IRS? Fast-track and pass the Fair Tax. Very simple; nothing to it. 

Our argument supporting the Fair Tax as a sensible and practical Tax Revolution. Fair Tax presents the possibility of a real, popular, voter-supported, tax payer supported, grass-roots supported Revolution in America, and a radical change for the better.

Fasttrack Fairtax: Stop income tax until repeal of Amendment XVI. Fasttrack Fairtax: Legislate to not collect income tax and pass FairTax.

Argument to Repeal Amendment XVI, the Income Tax Amendment. Repeal Amendment XVI and the very idea of progressively taxing income.

Argument for Repeal of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. The Federal Reserve Act did not prevent the Great Depression, so why does The FED still exist?

Argument to Repeal Amendment XVII and the Politicizing of the Senate. We need to repeal Amendment XVII and restore our Senate to its original status.

It isn't just Obamacare; we need to kill controlled Health Care. Kill Controlled Health Care to get government and insurance out of the medical transaction.

We need to shut down the dept of education. Shut down the dept of education and cut $77B from the budget.

Argument against Public Education, which is, in fact, Government Indoctrination. Public Education equals State Indoctrination, pure and simple. Education is beyond the scope of government and not what our government is constituted to do.

Are our federal bureaucracies all malignant outgrowths of Marxism? Any extra-Constitutional government agency is likely to be a malignant outgrowth of Marxism.

My Proposed Constitutional Amendment to neutralize the enemy within. A proposed Constitutional Amendment to get anti-Constitutionalists out of power and authority.

The process of becoming a Godless Nation is the sure path to National Insanity. The Godless Nation: Can a totally secularized people even know right from wrong?

American Foreign Policy: what it was, what it is, what it should be.  Obamunists and Marxocrats turned American foreign policy into an absolute travesty. 

Fix the VA by switching all Government Coverage to VA Coverage.  Restricting Congress, the Presidency and the Court to Existing Military Coverage should fix the VA pretty quick.

Fix Military Pay by tieing it to Congressional Pay and Raises.  Tying Presidential, Congressional, Judicial and Military to One Pay Scale should Fix Military Pay.

Regarding off-duty military concealed-carry of firearms.  With Moslem potential Jihadists in our own military ranks, all American military should be armed at all times.

Sheriffs and Veterans and Citizens; Oh My!  County Sheriffs and Veterans should together form volunteer Minute-Man like County Militia units of the free citizenry.

Patience.  Be not afraid.  A Glorious Sunrise is coming.  The Son rose on a Sunday, following a Friday Crucifixion.  Our Sunrise  will come after much suffering; it will come with our reawakening to Truth.
