Anti-Gun Rights: Criminal Malfeasance in the Federal Government.
"Anti-Gun Rights" show the need to nullify unconstitutional law and impeach Supreme Court Justices and others who violated the Constitution.

No American government official, whether federal, state or local, has any right to restrict the Constitutional rights of gun ownership and gun carrying that are applied to any lawful American citizen. That restriction includes all courts and all police agencies. I'll bet you didn't know that.

well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free
State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be
infringed." --Amendment II
That is the fixed Supreme Law of the Land, which no other law may ever alter, subjugate or abrogate. That is in our Constitution, and the permanent Constitution, not our temporary government, is America's only sovereign ruler. It is to our Constitution, not to our government, that all government officials and all members of the military solemnly swear their allegiance in an oath of office.
The intent of the authors of the Constitution is crystal clear. Through Etymology (the history of the development of words), the then contemporary English meaning of the author's terms "well regulated" and "Militia" are spelled out in the Gun Control treatment. The intent of the authors to establish the citizen right to keep and bear military weaponry rather than sporting is spelled out in the Assault Weapons treatment. The right to keep means to possess; the right to bear means to carry. The right to keep and bear arms is explicitly granted to The People. There's nothing complicated about this. It's simple English.
The whole intent of the American Constitution is to protect Constitutional citizen rights from the American government itself, first, and then from any foreign invaders, and from any internal unlawful insurrection or any revolution against the Constitution. That is, essentially, the whole Constitution's most central purpose for being. To keep government scope and reach limited and constrained by the Constitution.
To that end, the Second Amendment's sole purpose for being is to protect the right of the armed citizen to remain armed, and to protect that right from illegal encroachment by his own government.
If this right goes away, no other right will be safe.
Those of us of sound mind who still know right from wrong are all agreed that the most fundamental and vitally important human right in existence is the right to life itself. But, if we are denied the ability to protect that right by force of arms, is it really a right?
If a citizen has a right, but is unable to defend that right, does he really have it?
Note this well:
The Constitution itself is supposed to be America's sole sovereign ruler, with the always temporary American government and the American people, both, equally subservient to the Constitution.
The very purpose for America's being, as spelled out in the Declaration, and the most important purpose for the American Constitution, is to legally protect the enumerated American citizen rights from the American government itself.
When the law itself unconstitutionally fails to defend these rights, or when the law itself unconstitutionally attacks these rights, the American citizen is left no recourse other than himself.
American ideological Marxists, Globalists and other anti-Constitution ideologues who say that the Constitution does not grant any right to anything other than sporting arms are liars or fools. The most devious and treacherous among them are the reason I wrote the MEJTML14 hover-link, so I wouldn't have to keep typing the same words over and over again. You show me an ideological Marxist and I'll show you an ends-justify-the-means liar. Look through history and try to count the times that sentence should have been applied. Every time we refer to the actions of various members of the SLIMC1 that sentence finds appropriate application.
The silly notion that guns commit crimes is another such stupidity being systematically indoctrinated into society from above. How about the one that says that guns are designed to kill. No kidding. So are swords, and so are spears, and so are battle axes. So what? The lie that crime rates would go down in the absence of the right to keep and bear arms is the most pernicious of all, because the exact opposite is true, and it just keeps getting proved, over and over again. It ignores the simple and obvious twin facts that
- criminals disobey laws, including gun laws, and
- law abiding people - potential victims of criminals - obey laws.
By definition.
The very same Marxist ideologues who say that only the military should possess military weapons for national defense, and who simultaneously argue against American citizen gun rights, are the very same Marxist ideologues who are always systematically cutting the military and slashing the Constitutional Defense budget in favor of spending on unconstitutional Socialist programs to increase citizen dependency and reduce citizen independence.
(National Defense is listed among the Article One Section Eight limited and enumerated authorized powers of the federal government. Not one of our many, many purely Socialist government programs are listed there. We spend much, much more on our unconstitutional Socialist programs than we spend on our own Constitutional national defense.)
The very same Marxist ideologues who say that only the Police should be armed are the very same Marxist ideologues who hamstring local police, support violent, anti-police, Soros-funded Marxist-Alinskyite revolutionary "Community Organizations" like Black Lives Matter, Nation of Islam, the Black Panthers, the Marxocrat Party and Madam Hillary's political campaign, and who ever increasingly demonize, restrict and even legally assault honest, honorable police officers acting in the line of duty at risk of life and limb.
The whole, sole reason for Marxist opposition to an armed citizenry is the inherent Marxist fear of Citizen Liberty.

So here again we see, in yet another vitally important topic, a clear example of the ever increasing lawless and anti-Constitution nature of our own solemnly sworn federal government. Direct opponents of the Second Amendment have been and are currently found in the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch of our supposedly Constitutional federal government. And we find that same anti-Constitution sentiment overwhelmingly supported in our Marxified Academia and Public Education, in our Marxified News Media and even in our Marxified new field of Scientism, which was brought into being and developed for strictly political purposes.
So how could a new Constitutionalist President and/or a new Constitutionalist Congress fix this mess? Act to restore the principle that the federal government exists to protect citizen Constitutional rights from all entities, but most especially from government itself.
- Any and every federal gun control law should be nullified by simple declaration of nullity by a President or a Congress.
- All federal gun registration records should be ordered destroyed.
- Senators, Congressmen and Justices who legislated or favorably adjudicated clearly unconstitutional gun control laws should be impeached from office or indicted in criminal action for criminal malfeasance in office.
- The Attorney General and Justice Departement should initiate action against gun control advocacy groups, attorneys, courts and judges who have agitated or pursued legal action to violate citizen Second Amendment rights, seeking fines, disbarment and removal of judges from the bench.
- The Attorney General and Justice Department should aggressively come to to the aid of victims of unconstitutional violation of gun rights, whether as citizens, gun dealers or other businesses. Perpetrating entities, be they organizations, states, municipalities, attorneys, courts or judges, should be made to pay restitution, damages, punitive fees and suffer disbarment and removal from office as appropriate.
The Constitution is either the Supreme Law of the Land or it is not.
It either says what it says, or it does not.
His will be done.
