Clean Shaven Christ in Church Imagery: a Sneak Attack by Freemasonry?
God, in incarnate form, was a Jew. In that day, a clean shaven Jew was immature, or, a pervert.

This web page is more of a question than a statement. The image of a clean shaven Christ is something we never thought about before it was spoken of in a recent group conversation. The one who brought it up seemed to know whereof he spoke, and it made us look into it a little further.
St. Peter In Chains Cathedral in Cincinnati has a huge mural of a clean shaven Christ, with shod feet, which in itself is unusual in Christian iconography. Most normally, Christian icons show either bare feet or footwear that leaves the toes exposed. But in this mural, the feet are not only shod, but the shoes have a line in them that could be interpreted as two-toed, or 'cloven'; the foot of the goat-man, as Satan and various demons are sometimes depicted in art.

Looking a little further into it, we find that in Hebrew culture at the time that God Incarnate walked the earth, the beard was the sign of adulthood, maturity and wisdom. The clean shaven male was seen as immature and thus lacking good judgment. No normal man would ever purposely shave off his beard.

We have twice had the occasion to visit the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC, which also contains what appears to be a clean shaven or very nearly clean-shaven Christ mural. We remember being startled by it, but we never thought there was anything evil behind it.
Could this art be the secret work of Freemasons who somehow got the contract to do the murals in such great Catholic holy places? That's another question.

Shriner symbology often appears to be Islamic; but overall, it is generally either demonic looking, or worldly, and the world is ruled by Satan. It is a ritualistic religion of secrecy and secret oaths, of degrees of secret knowledge, and everything done in secrecy, much like Communism, and much like homosexuality, much like pedophilia, much like pederasty and much like Satanism.
We have heard it opined that Freemasonry's highest secret degree knows that the one Freemasonry actually worships is Lucifer. And it seems to us to be a most likely possibility.

Masonry's all inclusive, 'as long as you believe in diety' denial of the very simple yet unavoidable One God, therefore, One Church principle.I don't know the answers to these questions, but I recognize them as legitimate questions.
The simple fact that such evil perverse criminal monsters and sneaky underhanded heretics as McCarrick and Bernadin rose to such prominent levels inside the Catholic Church in America, with horrible influence in and perhaps over the Vatican itself, in and of itself, lends credence to the possibility that anti-Catholic freemasonry has insidiously infiltrated the highest ranks of the Catholic hierarchy, right alongside Communism, homosuexualism, pedophilia, pederasty and Satanism.
After all, what's the real difference between any of them?

Freemasonry is all but irrelevant. All it has is the Gnostic-like, cultic atmosphere and the Gnostic elitism. I am not sure why the popular culture has such an obsession with them - that club is nothing. I bet that, with their "ideals", they have been subsumed into the hydra of Marxism long ago.

I'm not so sure about that. There are plenty of Masonic "Temples" around here and all over America. I actually know several Freemasons, and you would never know they were anything other than ordinary people. Kind of like Marxists. That's the problem. It begins to look like they have made a secret home inside the Catholic Church, while still being Freemasons. Look at the Liturgical Revolution page, and realize that Bugnini, the "father" of the Novus Ordo Mass, was reputed to be a Mason.

Well... Masonic infiltration of the Church is of no news to me - there are also plenty of Marxists there. The reason why I think that the Freemasons are the useful idiots of Marxism at best is that the Freemasons and their pitiful ideology have nowhere near the recognition and worldwide political power of Marxism (or even Islam) - any subversive work that they do against the Church, America and other institutions simply adds to the tally of the destabilization and infiltration of Marxism. And if (God forbid) Marxism wins, the Freemasons will be all eradicated right after the more obvious kinds of "resistors" ("resistance" in Marxism is a rather broad term - far too often, it means "didn't do what was told fast enough", "didn't accomplish the impossible" and "was in the wrong place at the wrong time" or "a ruling bureaucrat in a wrong mood - and he needs a scapegoat"). When it comes to subversion, Freemasonry is inferior to Marxism in every way. As such, despite whatever delusions of power the Freemasons may entertain themselves with, they are (all too often) not as ruthless and driven as the Marxists. Marxists are simply more evil then Freemasonry could ever hope to be.
