The Simple Yet Politically Impossible Fixing of Constitutional America
All The Restoration Of Constitutional Rule Needs Is The Elimination Of All That Is Unconstitutional Or Extraconstitutional

At question here is whether the inaugural oath of office solemnly sworn by all officers of the United States federal government means anything at all, or nothing at all.
The US Constitution, which actually created or constituted the USA, made the USA the first and only nation in world history to be ruled by law and not ruled by men. What the authors and the ratifiers of the US Constitution had wrought was a nation in which men, who could be rulers, were put under the rulership of law, and not the other way round. In all other nations, men make the law, or are the law, and the law serves men. In the new USA, men, including those who could have been rulers, serve at the pleasure of the law.
The term "a man of the law" has a completely different meaning here than it does anywhere else on earth. Everywhere else, men rule the law.

Honest Versus Marxist 'Fixes' Of International and National Problems. Marxist 'Fixes' of Marxism's Problems Always Grow Government, Grow Government Power, Grow Citizen Dependency and Harm the Independent Bourgeois Middle Class.
Today the USA is not ruled by her constitution, which is the Supreme Law Of The Land. The USA today is ruled by unconstitutionally existing political parties and their competing political party agendas, pushed by pure politicians who compete with each other for actual rulership.
The US parties - unconstitutional entities - overrule the Us constitution.
The real danger to the USA is posed by the fact that some of these parties and many if not most of today's politicians are actually anti-American, in that they are opposed to constitutional rule. Some of them are actual Marxists and/or Moslems, which are totally incompatible and antagonistic to all who are not Marxist and/or Islamic. They seek to dominate America, and the world, and impose their ideology/religion on the world by brute force.
And some of them, perhaps most of them, are criminally inclined. If they are any variety of Marxist or Moslem, they oppose American law in the first place, in favor of their own law. They have no problem with violating American law, for they are mortal enemies of America.
That makes them criminals, by American laws and American standards.
The "standards" we speak of are the standards of Western Civilization, which is to say, Christian Civilization. That is our American Ethos.
The Christian/Western moral priorities are,
- God
- Family
- Country
in that order. Nothing comes before God, and after God, nothing comes before Family, and after family, nothing comes before country.
Now many today would deny those ethical priorities, especially atheists, secularists, many non-Christians and non-Jews, Anarchists, Socialists and Marxists of every description, and Moslems of every description.
But I submit that anyone who makes war on your country makes war on you, because you are an occupant of your country. Like it or not, war may be brought to your neighborhood, your property, your house and your family, through no fault of yours. You will either defend these things, or you will lose them all, including your own life.
This is the terrible decision that was made by men of the North and men of the South alike in America's civil war. Whether they were abolitionsts, slavers or neutral didn't matter one whit. When your state goes to war, you are in that war, and subject to be destroyed by it, whether you like it or not.
People today who discredit "My country right or wrong" haven't had their businesses and towns and farms and property and homes invaded yet. They may see things a little differently when their house is burning down and their family and all they possess is being taken or destroyed.
And that is what war does.
Believe it or not, even though he was a Democrat, Robert E. Lee didn't want to go to war with the USA. But his state seceded and went to war, and there he was, deciding whether to fight for his family and his home, or not.
The American Constitution is about us - the bourgeoisie - the self-ruling, independent, un-communized American citizenrySecularism is an unconstitutional, anti-constitutional and therefore criminal form of militant and militating atheism. "Separation Of Church And State" is a criminally established attack on America's foundational Ethos. Since it's illegal establishment in American law it has been used as a legal political weapon to religiously cleanse America of Christianity and all Christian moral norms.
In other words, a legal and political cleansing of the very basis for all of American law, which is supposed to be representative law. It was established by and is being maintained by criminal traitors to America.
Today America has admitted, open-about it and even proud of it Socialists, Marxists, Moslems and Sodomites holding elected and appointed high office in all levels of American government.
Every form of Socialism and Marxism is opposed to the family and seeks to destroy it, in favor of establishing the "commune". They oppose individual rights, which the Constitution guarantees, in favor of communal rights. They oppose private property, which the Constitution guarantees, in favor of community property. They oppose self-rule, individual liberty and meritocracy in favor of "eguity", or equality of outcome, regardless of effort or ability. They oppose the Constitutional right to equality of rights and duties before the law, in favor of "equity" in everything from wealth to pay to housing to clothing to food to you name it.
Does it get any more anti-American than that in America?
Well, yes.
Islam calls for the subjugation or elimination of all forms of government, law and religion other than Islam. Christian clerics of all denominations who claim that the god of Islam is the God of Christianity are liars. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob never called for the slaughter of all Jews, or the subjugation of all nations, or the subjugation or annihilation of all unbelievers, or the imposition of Islamic law on all the world.
Yes, Islam does that.
Thanks to the American cultural revolution initiated and fed by the Cultural Marxism movement, we now have high office holders in America calling for and getting legalized dope, pornography, abortion, euthanasia and everything in between. State support for anarchy. No bail for arrested felons. Emptying prisons and asylums. Increasingly free and easy to get dope, from maijuana to methadone to actual heroin and free needles.
Movement to legalize and decriminalize everything to do with dope, and everything to do with illegal immigration, and everything to do with keeping elections and election processes legitimate and free of cheating.
The Marxocrat Party actually stands for these travesties of law, and the Republicrat Party lets them get away with it, and indeed cooperates to advance much of it. They, who would force us to accommodate if not believe in the existence and the "rights" of imaginary genders that do not even exist in reality, would force us all to the wear idiotic masks that do not screen out viruses, and to be injected with vaccines that increase the likelihood of infection, at the very least. And they would have us all believe that life on earth will end in a few years due to man-caused climate change, unless we vote for them and their political agendas.
The Cure For All Of This Has Always been Quite Simple; But, By Now, It May Be Politically Impossible
All we have to do to get back to normal is to enforce the constitution as written. It will only be deemed to be too late if no one ever does it.
The USA is now in crash-and-burn mode because no one ever did it.
The constitution is self-interpreting; all anyone has to do is read it. It doesn't take any great legal scholarship or expertise to understand the clear English wording of it. Once upon a time - in my lifetime - it was required reading in elementary school. Officeholders in Washington DC might want to try reading it some time, assuming they ever learned how to read.
They don't even read the bills they vote for before voting for them.
That makes them worse than worthless; that makes them a menace. A never leaving office, never losing ground, baseline-budgeting menace. And those are their good points.
All anyone has to do to get the USA back under her own constituton is:
- Declare all laws, regulations, executive orders and supreme court legal precedents that violated any part of the constitution to be unconstitutional, null and void from this date forward.
- Declare all federal bureaucracies and agencies who's purpose for being or authority for regulating violates any part of the constitution to be unconstitutional, and shut it down, firing everyone in it and denying retirement or other benefits associated with the job from this date forward.
- Declare all federal office holders who violated the constitution by bringing any of these laws, regulations, bureaucracies and agencies, executive orders, supreme court legal precedents into being, or who violated any part of their sworn oaths of office, to be impeached from office and possibly indicted for crimes where appropriate.
- Declare all Political Parties to be unconstitutional, anti-constitutional and illegal entities and shut them all down, with all funds and property of any kind to be forfeited to the US treasury.
- Declare Socialism and all forms of Marxism to be anti-American, anti-constitution and outlawed in America. Consider decitizenizing and deporting Marxists.
- Declare all forms of Islam to be anti-American, anti-constitution and outlawed in America. Consider decitizenizing and deporting all Moslems.
Nothing to it but to do it.
Call it an American national reboot, where the nation is the computer and the constitution is the operating system.
One quick way to see if any law, regulation, precedent, etc., is unconstitutional is to check it against Article 1 Section 8 and the attached notes.
The Federal Government, by design and by the constitution, is supposed to be small, limited in scope, power and authority, and the states are supposed to be allowed more scope, power and authority than the federal government.
And the citizenry are supposed to be the free-est of all, and largely self-governing. Bourgeois, in other words. The opposite of communal.
All that's necessary is someone with the guts to do it.
(I'm not holding my breath.)

The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
