The CommieVirus19 Super-Infectiusness Lie of the CDC
"Covid-19 is Super Infectious" say all of our unelected, unrepresentative, unaccountable, authoritative bureaucratic "experts" currently making government policy.
And that is just a flagrant lie.

By now just about everyone is convinced that CommieVirus19 is more infectious than other cold viruses and other flu viruses, that it is super-infectious, terrifyingly so, and that's why we all have to take such drastic precautions, and why, the "experts" insist, nothing will ever be the same again.
We will all be social-distancing and wearing masks for the rest of our lives, and new children being born into this world may never make physical contact with each other for fear of viral infection. That will be the New Normalcy for a newly impoverished and starving America, if the Experts continue to hold power over government, or be used by government officials to hold power over our Constitution, and us.
This virus began life in the November-December of 2019 time-frame. When the Experts began terrorizing the public over it as being among the most highly infectious viruses with the potential of wiping out millions of Americans, we made the following note, on the Wuhan Virus page:

Which kind of made it look like ordinary flu was a whole lot more contagious than the ChinieCommieVirus to me.
But it was more lethal than other cold viruses, the experts insisted.
So we looked at other causes of death in the same time frame, and on March 28 we noted them in the Politicized Versus Real Death Rates, as follows:

Maybe they think we're stupid; maybe they think none of us will ever actually look at the numbers.
But it's even worse than that. They purposely corrupt the numbers; they instruct America's health officials to pad the numbers of CommieVirus deaths on death certificates to make it look worse than it is. You can see this in their instructions on the CDC website, at this link:

So the CDC is ordering the faking of coronavirus death numbers.
I'm telling you, these people are liars. They are not to be trusted. There is no truth in them.
All of this is piled on top of the quite probable fact that, of all the CommieVirus patients ever put on ventilators, the ventilators themselves killed more patients than the CommieVirus, but the deaths were attributed to the CommieVirus.
As we have noted before, putting someone on a ventilator is a very serious undertaking. It is quite dangerous to try to get them off of it again, without killing them. Normally, when "weaning" someone off of a ventilator, the family is called and staff is prepared for emergency procedures because of the high risk. Here is what we said about CommieVirus patients and ventilators in Deadly Good Intentions of our Bureaucratic Experts:
Are Ventilators now killing more patients than they are saving?
Intubation and putting someone on a ventilator is a very serious thing. Itubation is the process of inserting an endotracheal tube through the mouth and into the airway; it is normally done so that a patient can be placed on a ventilator to assist with breathing during strong anesthesia, sedation or very severe illness.
During intubation the patient cannot speak, and may have trouble speaking for weeks or months after coming off of the ventilator, and may even need speech therapy.
Once a person is on a ventilator, it is a very dangerous thing to take that person off of the ventilator. The reason is that the ventilator takes over the breathing of the patient from the normal involuntary muscle action that makes us naturally breath on our own. Once the body gets used to not breathing on its own, it may have difficulty being "weaned" off of the ventilator, and re-learning to breath normally again.
Whenever someone is being taken off of a ventilator, the family is usually called in and an emergency team is standing by, because it is a potentially dangerous situation for the patient.
Now, it turns out, that just as in the case experienced by Rush Limbaugh mentioned above, Chi-Comm Virus patients for some reason experience a quite low blood-oxygen saturation level, causing the usual alarm bells to go off in expert medical minds. Below a certain point, a low blood-oxygen saturation level indicates the need for a ventilator to avoid the dangerous condition of hypoxia.
So, Chi-Comm virus sufferers experience exceptionally low blood-oxygen saturation levels, but they do not go into hypoxia for some reason. They are doing fine, at least in that regard. Again, it's the numbers that have a problem, but not necessarily the patient.
A high number of Chi-Comm virus victims have been intubated and put on ventilators because of their low saturation levels. And a high percentage of these patients have died, as compared to other Chi-Comm virus victims with similar saturation levels who were never put on ventilators.
It begins to look like the ventilators may be killing more Chi-Comm virus victims than the Chi-Comm virus itself.
This may be especially the case where the patient already has one or more fatal or potentially fatal conditions, such as cancer, heart disease, emphysema, diabetes, extreme old age, etc., as found in many nursing home populations. Putting many of these already high-risk patients on ventilators and then trying to take them back off could very well be the deciding factor causing the death of the patients.
And, another point to remember, the Chi-Comm virus "experts" are all about numbers, and when certifying causes of deaths, regardless of whatever other fatal afflictions the patient may have been afflicted with, if that patient tested positive for the Chi-Comm virus, then, buda bing, buda boom, the virus became the certified cause of death.
Skewing fatality numbers even more in the expert-predicted direction.
We can (and should) even question whether this particular strain of cold virus is any more infectious than all the others, and if our "experts" claim with certainty that it is, they will be lying, because no one has ever looked at any other strain of cold virus as closely as the whole undully panic-stricken world is now concentrating on this one.
In the effort to save "even only one more life" they are throwing the American nation and the whole world into a giant death-dealing economic depression. 26 million Americans now on unemployment; millions of small businesses shut down; American workers and business operators unable to pay their mortgages, rents, untilities, car payments, etc., etc., etc. Small banks in trouble. Federal bail-outs of businesses and workers out the wazoo, but we can't keep this up forever, and the Marxocrats are determined to keep this shut-down shut-down.
Not to save one more life; to destroy the economy in an election year, to bring America down and to bring Trump down with it. They are liars, after all; they are Marxists, not pro-Americans. You show me a Marxist and I'll show you an ends-justify-the-means liar. The goal of Marxism is the destruction of Constitutional America, first and foremost. Because Constitutional America, with Trump at the helm, for all practical purposes stands alone blocking the Progressive path of Globalism/Communism.
Take a look at Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution
[From Article One of the American Constitution:]
Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;
To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; — And
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
[Note 1: These are the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the Congress. Nothing outside of this list may be addressed in federal law short of passing a Constitutional Amendment to do it.]
[Note 2: If it cannot be Constitutionally legislated into law, it cannot Constitutionally exist in federal law. The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the power to "delegate" any of it's exclusive legislative powers to any lesser body or bureaucracy that may exist or be brought into existence. Thus, no "regulation" may be issued to do that which the Congress is specifically prohibited from doing.]
[Note 3: No executive order or action of any kind by the President may establish any rule, regulation or law that the Congress is specifically prohibited from legislating.]
[Note 4: If it does not (and Constitutionally cannot) exist in legislated and signed federal law, the Supreme Court may not Constitutionally hear and adjudicate anything to do with it. The Supreme Court may only adjudicate cases involving existing federal law.]
[Note 5: To quote Article 1 Section 1: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." The key word is "All". No exceptions. If it wasn't constitutionally legislated and signed into law, it is no law.]
Do you see anything to do with a national "quarantine" in which whole state populations of American citizens are placed under house arrest without due process of law, and without presenting any evidence of citizen infection with anything contagious?
That's funny, neither do I.
Normally, a medical quarantine is a procedure limited to infectious people, not to whole populations.
Why are we looking at Article 1 Section 8? Because, in accordance with Article 1 Section 1, all Constitutional law originates with the Congress, as below:
Section. 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
The key word there is "all". Only the Congress legislates new law; nobody else may make new law. And Article 1 Section 8 provides the limited and enumerated powers of the Congress to make law.
- Any new law must be Constitutional, e.g. within the limitations of Article 1 Section 8.
- If it isn't Constitutional law, the President cannot enforce it.
- If it isn't Constitutional law, the Supreme court cannot adjudicate it.
So, if any level of American government wanted to place whole populations under house arrest without due process, they could only do it after writing up a Constitutional Amendment and sending it out to the states, hoping for ratification by a super-majority of 38 states.
Of course, that would be if we intended to operate Constitutionally.
But we are not governed Constitutionally any more; we are governed by unconstitutional Political Parties, and not by our Constitution. Political Parties are extra-constitutional entities, mentioned nowhere in the Constitution. The Congress, the Presidency and the Judiciary each are described and given their full operating instructions in Articles, One, Two and Three of the Constitution; but there is no Article describing Political Parties.
The First Amendment grants citizens freedom of assembly and the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, but it does not grant any such assembly of citizens the right to take over any part of the governing of the citizenry or the operation of any part of the Constitutional government.
And that is why we recommended moving toward becoming a No Party America a long time ago.
But government by Party-Partisanship is only half of America's Constitutional problem. The other half is at the heart and soul of the Deep-State Shadow-Government Swamp Trump is trying to drain, before it swallows him and takes America further out from under her own Constitution, and even out from being a sovereign nation at all. Into the Sorosian great Global Commune.
The CommieVirus19 "Recognized Experts" Fauci and Birx exemplify and highlight this other half of America's great Constitutional Problem. We described their "science" in Medical Bureaucratic Stupidasses. They come out of the unconstitutional bureaucracies that I now refer to a Soviets, because that is essentially what they are. In the old Soviet Union, a Soviet was an administrative bureaucracy that "administered" some part of the public in the name of and under the authority of the dictator. There were thousands of these Soviets, holding authority over every aspect of citizen life; a giant pyramid of them, under a Supreme Soviet, which answered directly to the dictator.
Fauci and Birx are taxpayer paid bureaucrats working for the Soviet called the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases, which belongs to the Soviet called the NIH, which belongs to the Soviet called the HHS. You can call them government bureaucraties or agencies if you choose; I prefer to call them Soviets.
Before this great Progressive opportunity of the CommieVirus crisis came along, Fauci and Birx were working together to keep the government river of money flowing for the long promised "cure" of the HIV-AIDS hoax. They don't do science; what they do is scientism. They wouldn't recognize real science if it bit them on the ass.
- They are still working on a vaccine for HIV, which has no symptoms and therefore is not even a disease.
- They cannot provide any scientific evidence of any link between HIV and AIDS.
- They cannot provide any scientific evidence that AIDS itself is in any way infectious.
But they are lauded by their peers and they are very proud of how they have kept the government revenue flowing into their Soviet, and grown their Soviet, and increased the money flow along with their own job security and personal wealth.
They will never find a cure, and any vaccine they ever produce will be useless, because HIV is not a disease and AIDS is not even infectious. That's not the goal; the goal is to keep the money flowing, increase the flow and grow the Soviet.
But Fauci and Birx just highlight the real problem facing Constitutional American Government, and Trump, and us. They should be fired, yes, but the real problem is the NIAID to which they belong, and the NIH to which it belongs, and HHS, to which it belongs.
None of them should even exist.
The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the right or the ability to "delegate" any of it's exclusive legislative authority to any other entity that might be brought into being. Yet Soviets like the HHS have been brought into being, and given the ability to issue Regulations that have the full force of law behind them.
That is not just a Constitutional problem; it is a Constitutional violation. As such, it is a crime, committed against the Supreme Law Of The Land.
It is the exact crime that Article One Section One and Article One Section Eight were written to preclude. The creation of unlegislated, unrepresentative, unaccountable and unconstitutional law. Produced by unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats who have no Constitutional standing to even exist, let alone make law. Some of these Soviets even bequeath unto themselves the (illegal) legal power to enforce their own regulations.
Do you see any Health and Human Services listed among the limited and enumerated legislative powers of government in Article One Section Eight?
That's funny, neither do I. So why does it even exist?
Firing Fauci and Birx won't begin to solve the problem
Firing a couple of petty bureaucrats will do nothing; someone else equally unqualified will just take their places and the process will go on as if nothing happened.
The real problem is the whole, giant, unconstitutional bureaucracy and the whole bureaucratic process in which they are small cogs; important, yes, but small cogs nonetheless, and quite replaceable. In fact, there are other bureaucrats right now who would jump at the opportunity to take their positions. And nothing would change; the process would continue.
The Soviets are the problem. The Soviets are the whole Swamp.
It isn't just the corrupted Marxocrat Party, the Marxocrat Media, the Marxocrat-controlled State Department, Justice Department, FBI, CIA, etc., that have been conspiring to overthrow the duly elected and legitimately seated Trump government.
Every unconstitutional federal bureaucracy is in on it and part of it, and that ain't all they are involved in that is treasonous or illegal.
They are all turf-jealous authoritarians, constantly battling to increase their own power and authority, existing not just to exist, but to grow, in size, power and scope. That is the nature of the Soviet; that is the nature of the bureaucrat. Give a bureaucrat a little authority and he will spend an entire career growing that authority, convincing others of how absolutely necessary he is, and creating multiple little sub-bureaucracies beneath himself, reporting to him.
America was designed to be very simple and straightforward. Government is supposed to be simple, not complex. Working in the House or the Senate as a Representative or a Senator is supposed to be a temporary part-time job for ordinary citizens. Congress was not designed or intended to be any kind of a life-long millionaire or billionaire making career.
If you ever wondered why our government is so complex and so expensive, look at the Parties, and look at the Bureaucracies. That's why.
We don't need them.
Remember, the whole goal of Progressivism in America is to eventually get every American citizen into one of two categories:
- Those who are employed by the government.
- Those who are absolutely dependent upon the government.
Or to come as close to that goal as possible, and then just take over.
HHS should be declared unconstitutional, taken out of existence, its budget cut and all it's people fired. Not retired, but fired. And we could say the same thing about the CDC. In fact, we did, among the Cut The Spending Pages, if not among the Fixing America Pages.
What goes for the CDC goes for ED and federal support for universities too. If they are not mentioned in Article One Section Eight they should not exist and we the people should not be paying for their corruption of us or their taking over of any Constitutional governmental authority.
We were a far better educated people before the federal government got involved in controlling education.
We were a far healthier people before the federal government got involved in controlling health care.
We knew better how to avoid catching or passing on colds long before Fauci and Birx issued their authoritarian rules, and we don't need them to tell us how to take care of our own or to take care of ourselves.
And we sure as hell don't need to become a Soviet Union by osmosis.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
