A reading from 1 Samuel:

1 Samuel 8 was a fair warning that was not heeded.  The Law of God was established; if everyone would live within the prescribed laws there would be no problems.  They had leaders, in their Judges. 

But the Judges, like the everyone else, were naturally invested with Free Will, by the Divine Author of Liberty.  Free Will meant that some of them or even all of them might eventually turn from loving God to loving the pleasures of the world, and fall into sin and depravity. 

The more that was allowed to happen the more injustice and disorder would enter into the whole of society, until the society itself was self-destroyed, or replaced by a new society with a wholly different set of moral norms, or, more likely, conquered.  History shows that a fractured culture with no central guiding ethos will most likely lose any war with any other culture that has and holds strongly to one, strong, uniting, central guiding ethos.  Because the fractured culture will have less, if anything at all, worth fighting for. 

People are always looking for a "King"; an absolute, final, worldly authority figure they expect or hope will always make things right.  Every time anyone feels slighted, cheated or unfairly treated they look to some higher worldly authority who might set things aright for them. 

There is always the hope that a King, alone, will make culture strong. 

What God was telling Israel, through Samuel, was that His Law was their Sovereign, if they would only adhere to it, and they had no real need of any King.  But He respected the Free Will He had given them, and He allowed them to exercise their Free Will. 

And the world has seen all sorts of attempts at making the perfect culture, when the Natural Law, established by God, was right in front of them. 

Hereditary Monarchy, involving rule by Emperors, Kings and a hierarchy of Nobles can only be "just" so long as the reigning Monarch is just.  The problem is that Monarchs have successors, and there is never any guarantee that any successor Monarch will be just. 

The opposite of Monarchy is Democracy, or rule by The People.  But Democracy always falls into corruption and economic disaster, because it always trends toward unsustainable Socialism, in which the government takes on the impossible task of feeding, clothing and sheltering the people, with the people's own money.  The problem involves not the idealistic vision of Democracy, but the inevitable eventual corruption of Democracy. 

Tocqueville spelled it out.  Democracy will only last until: 

1. the elected representatives of the people learn that they can tax the people, and use the taxes to bribe the people to get their votes, by promising them government "benefits" so that they may begin to depend on government rather than themselves for their own subsistence and sustenance; and, 
   
2. the People learn that they can increase their government benefits by voting for the representatives who promise them the most benefits, in the interest of not working or working less for themselves and for their families, and becoming more dependent upon the government. 
   

This is what Rush Limbaugh refers to as the "Santa Clause Vote".  The "representatives" learn to promise it, and the voters learn to seek it. 

Democracy therefore always ends in a new form of unrecognized slavery of the citizenry - Socialism - in which the citizenry are ever increasingly no longer made up of individual independent operators, but dependents; increasingly dependent, upon their own government. 

And yes, it is always government, not the "Collective" that is sovereign, despite all false indoctrination and propaganda.  The elected officials learn to buy votes using the people's own money, slowly making the people dependent upon them, and the roles are slowly reversed. 

Rule By The People becomes Rule By The "Elected" Government itself. 

(That is close to what we have in the USA today.) 

What is worse, Socialism always fails because of the inability of the government to create or originate wealth; only free citizens can do that.  Pure Democracy (Socialism) always eventually fails due to total economic corruption and loose fiscal policy. 

So, Sovereignty of One Man does not work for long, because of corruption within the chain of succeeding Monarchs.  Ultimately, unbearable tyranny, and revolution or civil war. 

And Sovereignty of the Citizenry does not work because of the temptation to fall into both a corrupted representative government and a corrupted represented Citizenry, leading to an economically impossible Socialism of some sort.  Sovereignty of the Citizenry always winds up becoming Sovereignty of the Government.  A Citizenry totally dependent upon a Government that cannot possibly support them.  Always ending in Economic disaster, to be replaced by Tyranny; a Dictatorship of some sort. 

An historic example of Sovereignty of Citizenry is the secularist French Revolution, which proved to be just as ruthless, murderous and tyrannical as any historic dictatorship, establishing State Terror as a political tool, sending thousands through the Guillotine, unleashing Napoleon Bonaparte unto the world, and ending up in a state of Sovereignty of Government anyway. 

And, Sovereignty of the Government is currently proving, right here in the USA, that it always becomes totally corrupt and criminal in its purpose, with powerful individuals and political factions fighting over their own self-interest, riches and power, and psychologically manipulating, bribing and corrupting the voting citizenry themselves.  

The problem with Sovereignty of the Government is that when Government alone makes law, the Government makes itself all powerful, and certainly will eventually become tyrannical. 

(At the current moment, the USA is not under rule of law, but it is under rule of corrupt and even criminal Government.) 

So, Sovereignty of a man, of a citizenry and of government are all problematic for the liberty and well being of man and the common good. 

But what else is there? 

Sovereignty of Law. 

The unique, American concept of Sovereignty of Law.  The example the USA presents to the world is the only purposely designed Nation Of Laws since the development of actual Nations, which is not that old, historically speaking.  In Biblical times, there were Empires and Monarchies; in the Middle Ages there were City-States and Noble Domains, within the Holy Roman Empire.  Actual Sovereign Nations with fixed Sovereign Borders are a fairly new historical concept, since the end of Feudalism. 

Most Western Nations (and today most other Nations follow their example) have some sort of quasi-Democratic Government, consisting of a Parliament or Congress of some sort, an elected Prime Minister, and sometimes shared authority with a Royal Family or the blood lines of Nobility. 

Most all of them are infected with Socialism to some degree, in which the people are either dependent upon or ruthlessly ruled by their own supposedly representative governments.  They are "Social Democracies", or "Democratic Socialist Republics", or "Parliamentary Democracies" in which "Labor" or "Socialist" or "Workers" Political Parties, in multiples, always play a significant governing role.  In every case someone in government is above the law, is immune from some laws, are even is the law. 

(That paragraph may also describe the USA today, but that is not how the USA was designed, intended or Constituted to be.  Thank the unconstitutional and therefore illegal development of American Political Parties and the unconstitutional Party System for that.) 

What did America's Founders mean, establishing a Nation Of Laws? 

1. It meant that no mere man would ever be the sovereign ruler. 
2. It meant that the citizenry would never be the sovereign ruler.
3. It meant that the government itself would never be the sovereign ruler.
4. They would write a law - a Constitution - and that law, and that law alone, would forever be the sole sovereign ruler of the whole Nation. 
   
5. The American Citizenry, all Government Officials and the whole Government itself would all stand as Equal Subjects before the Sovereign Law of the American Constitution.  None superior to any other. 
   

They made of us a Constitutional Republic, in which all swear allegiance to the Constitution, and not to any man, and not to any government, and not even to the citizenry.  Not even to the land.  Only to the Constitution.  All stand equal before the Law.  All serve the Law.  All defend and protect the Law.  All obey and live within the Law. 

They fixed the preexisting Natural Law Rights of Man into Sovereign Law, and established the very purpose of the Representative Government they were establishing to be to protect those very Natural Law Civil Rights of the American Citizens, from the Government. 

That is why the American Federal Government was brought into being. 

That is why the American Federal Government exists.

The Four Big Ones are, of course, Equality, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, which itself translates into the Natural Law right to earn, accumulate and possess Private Property.  All are solidly fixed as actual absolute Constitutional Rights within the Constitution itself. 

The American Constitution lays out the organization and complete rules of operation of the American Federal Government.  It describes three co-equal branches, to legislate, to execute and to adjudicate civil law, and provides a list of the limited powers of the Federal Government, so that it may not exceed its Constitutionally limited scope of authority and operation.  The Federal Government legally addresses specific, listed things only, and not anything outside the Constitutionally established scope of federal authority. 

Each State in the United States is recognized as a Sovereign entity with its own Government, subject to the Federal Government only as applies to the Constitutionally established and protected rights of its citizens, and to specific, legitimate limitations established in the Constitution.  Within those limitations, State Governments legislate, execute and adjudicate their own laws, so long as they do not violate the Federal Constitution. 

The scope of authority of the Federal Government is specifically limited, by the Constitution itself, in order to free the States to govern themselves in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity.  If it's not listed in Article One Section Eight of the American Constitution and already legislated into Federal Law, and if its not precluded in the State Constitution, then the State is perfectly free to legislate, execute and adjudicate its own civil law regarding it, per Amendments IX and X. 

No State, and no lower jurisdiction, may act to violate any Constitutional Right of any American Citizen, nor may the Federal Government act to violate any Constitutional Right.  But neither can the Federal Government dictate any unconstitutional law to any State or to any lower jurisdiction.  Article One Section Eight and Amendment X specifically prohibit that. 

The main purpose of the Constitution is to protect the Natural Law Rights of Man, from Government, while still providing a workable Government, and a workable method for the peaceful transfer of Constitutionalist governing authority from one representative administration to the next.

So where did these Natural Law Rights of Man come from? 

From God.

From the God of Israel and the God of Christianity; from the Divine Author of Nature.  Their roots are in the Moral Commandments of God. 

And what are they? 

Our Lord Himself spelled them out. 

These were the Moral Commandments of God, or the "Love of Neighbor" Commandments, referring to man's relationship with his neighbor. 

But notice what was left out. 

The Theological Commandments of God, or the "Love of God" Commandments, referring to man's relationship with God. 

They were left out because the inspired authors assumed a priori or knew that the Rich Young Man already loved God, or he would not have even asked such a question.  He was not asking about prayer, devotion, liturgy, etc., but about the proper living of earthly life.  Morality, in other words. 

Now, the Founders of the Colonies and the Framers and the Ratifiers of the Constitution all represented diverse Christian Colonies, which differed in Theology and in Interpretation of Original Christian Revelation, but which all held fast to the same Moral Commandments. 

As honorable men and honest representatives of their respective Colonies, they were each bound by duty and honor to not allow their new Federal Government to interfere in any way with their respective Colony's chosen and established Colonial religion.  

The American Colonies all had their official, legally established state religions, as shown below. 

That is why the very first two things hammered out in the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights were,

1. the absolute prohibition of the Federal Government from legally establishing any official National Religion, and,
   
2. the absolute prohibition of the Federal Government from interfering with the free exercise of religion by any citizen in any state. 
   

Thus, the morality of the nation was established, using Natural Law, authored by the Author of Nature.  Whatever the Colonies and their Representatives may have lacked in a cohesive Christian theology, they made up for by a cohesive Christian understanding of basic right and wrong, upon which to legislate moral civil law.  Moral civil law is "civilizing" law. 

American religion is thus accurately described as General Christianity. 

That is our national moral code; it is our American National Ethos. 

It is Natural, i.e., it always agrees with and never opposes Nature. 

What this national attuning with nature unleashed and exponentially grew, was the explosion of Capitalism in America, which turned into an economic freight-train that improved the living of life for peoples all over the world. 

Capitalism is, essentially, the presence of protected citizen rights to Liberty and to the Pursuit of Happiness.  That's all that's needed to make a Free Market.  All Capitalism is, is a Free Market, and nothing more.  There is no real need to make it any more complicated than that.  Marxism opposes a Free Market, because Marxism opposes Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, as you can see among the Anti-Capitalism Pages. 

Capitalism, boiled down to its essence, is the citizen right to prosper from his own industry. Capitalism, or "Pursuit of Happiness", is essentially the right of the citizen to earn, own, accumulate and trade in private property. (Earned income is private property.)

Capitalism = A Free Market, with liberated citizen participants. Unlike Socialism, Capitalism is strictly an economic system and not a government entity, while Socialism is both a government and an economic control system. Government has nothing to do with free market Capitalism, but Socialist economics cannot even exist without fierce government control.

A free man left to his own sustenance will naturally work to improve his own condition in life.  He will naturally do more than needed for survival in order to "get ahead".  He will always strive to prosper, and no man in any culture can prosper without simultaneously helping others around him to prosper too.  The more individuals prosper, the more the whole culture prospers.  Again, that's the way it is. 

There is nothing wrong and everything right with prosperity. 

In "Wealth Of Nations" Adam Smith showed that citizens are the sole source of the creation of new wealth, in the form of excess or "expendable" income.  (Yes, that's all wealth is.)  Governments cannot make wealth; governments can only spend wealth, wisely or unwisely, after having collected it from citizens. 

Expendable Income is, essentially, Benjamin Franklin's "A penny saved is a penny earned."  It is income not immediately needed for survival; for food, shelter, clothing, etc., or the essentials of life.  It is thus expendable.  That's all wealth is. 

Expendable Income = Profit = Wealth = Private Property. 

Again, very simple; nothing to it. 

The natural instinct of human beings is to always struggle to "get ahead". To improve one's condition in life. To work overtime, work harder, whatever, to get a little more than is needed for immediate expenses. This excess is known as Private Property. The fruits of one's labor. 

And growth in private property is all that New Wealth is. 

Trickle-Down economics is nothing more than an expanding, rather than contracting economy.  It is money being spent, or property being exchanged.  It is fed by excess income, which may be alternatively described as Expendable Income, or Profit, or Wealth, or Private Property.  All of those terms are interchangeable.  It may be in currency, land, livestock, equipment, shares, commodities, or anything at all legitimately earned or traded. 

It is nothing more than an excess income earned over that which is needed for survival and sustenance; food, shelter, clothing, etc.  It is earned by those seeking to "get ahead".  It may be saved; it may be given in charity; it may be invested; it may be gambled or squandered, as the owner chooses, if he is free. 

No matter what he does with it, other than burying it, it will have a positive economic effect on others. Always and in every case. Even if he just banks it, it will add to the bank's assets, it will be good for the bank's bottom line, it will be beneficial to the bank's investors, it will be good for the bank's employees, it will make more money available to others who need loans from the bank, etc., etc., etc. 

When some or all of this expendable income is actually spent, regardless of what it is spent on, others, including businesses and employees, are positively economically affected by that spending.  That's all Trickle-Down is.  There is no real need to make it any more complicated than that. 

No one can spend money without positively affecting others.

Expendable Extra Income drives the whole nation's economy. 

If there is no expendable income spent, there is a flat-lined economy. 

If there is much expendable income spent, there is a booming economy. 

If expendable income is shrinking, there is a recession or depression. 

Very simple; nothing to it. 

Trickle-down applies equally to people and to incorporations of people. 

The economy is affected by people's overall willingness or reticence to spend money on anything.  In troubled times people hold on to their expendable property and the whole economy contracts. In happier times, people spend more of their expendable property and the whole economy expands, making more jobs and more opportunities available. 

The whole economy is affected for better or worse by the rates at which active money flows through it, or, stagnant money stays put. A high velocity of money produces a boom economy; conversely, a slow velocity of money flow busts an economy and brings about business shut-downs, unemployment, recession or even depression. 

All of this Capitalism is Natural; none of it is planned or controlled. 

Planned and/or controlled and/or restricted economies are unnatural, and doomed to eventual failure.  A restricted or regulated market is not a free market.  Only a naturally free market produces natural wealth. 

Unnatural enemies of the Free Market are Crony Capitalism, as seen today in the USA and most Western nations, Crony Communism as seen today in Russia and China, variations of Socialism as seen today in the USA and in nearly every nation on earth, and the evil machinations of Globalist conspirators such as George Soros, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and others. 

Of course, the preeminent enemy ideology of God, Nature and the USA is Communism, a radical and violent global revolutionary ideology all dressed up like an economic "philosophy" or "science".  People have been taught (falsely) that Communism is what failed after the Berlin Wall came down; but it was only the government organization of the USSR that failed.  Communism is alive and well, and probably never stronger.  And it is right here, among the Globalists, among the Alinskyites, and in total control of the Marxocrat Party. 

Today, one of America's major unconstitutional Political Parties is thoroughly Marxist with an anti-Constitution agenda, and the other major Party is always in full bipartisan cooperation with that evil and treacherous agenda, ostensibly in order to "get things done".  Thus, thanks to the unconstitutional birth and development of our now all powerful Political Parties, all three branches of the federal government are now seriously infected with anti-Capitalism and anti-Constitution members who operate in direct criminal violation of their very sworn oaths of office. 

Nearly all of American academia, and nearly all of American journalism, are themselves ideological Marxists, anti-Capitalists and anti-Constitutionalists, and therefore, they are all in, in total support of the ongoing anti-American treason.  They teach lies as "education", and they report lies as "news".  Even science is involved; today, through Scientism, scientists teach lies as "science". 

That is what creeping Cultural Marxism has done and is doing to the USA. 

And the most successful form of it has proved to be Gramsci Marxism. 

The truly insidious thing about it all is that the large and ever growing Moron Vote knows practically nothing about any of this, because all they learned they learned from infected teachers, all the read, hear or watch on the news comes from infected journalists, and all they glean from from science comes from infected scientists. 

Alternative Media, the only other sources of information, are roundly condemned and demonized by the mainstream media that everybody pays attention to. 

And the Moron Vote believes it all. 

Every time we hear them tell an obvious, gigantic lie, be it Global Warming, or Police Systematically Murdering Blacks, or Fracking Contaminating Water Supplies, or Human Life Being Unsustainable On This Planet, etc., etc., etc., we need to realize they are not talking to us, but to their Moron Vote.  They don't care about us.  They don't care if we know that they are lying.  They are growing and feeding their Moron Vote.  That's why they can loudly and publicly lie, right in all of our faces, and keep a straight face, and keep right on lying, and even double-down on all their lies. 

They don't care that we know.  They ignore us, brush us aside, as they feed and grow their Moron Vote, with which they intend to eventually out-vote us. 

What the Moron Vote doesn't know is not only that all the lies are lies, but that the real goal always was and still is Marxism-Leninism. 

A Time to Divide.

Under old-time rule by man, a violation of an oath of allegiance would cost you your head. 

Under French-Revolution style rule by the citizenry, a violation of an oath of allegiance would send you to the guillotine. 

Under rule by government, as in Russia or China or Cuba, a violation of an oath of allegiance will send you to prison, at the very least, and most probably cost you your life. 

Under rule by law, right here in America, a violation of an oath of allegiance will cost you nothing in particular.  Not even your job. 

And that's the problem.  We now no longer even know who we are. 

All the globalist-funded, Alinskyite-organized "Useful Idiots" of Marxism don't know that they are Marxist Useful Idiots.  The paid, bused-in agitators don't know that they, as Machiavellian Agent Provocateurs, are potentially being purposely set up for slaughter, every time they riot.  OWS, BLM, SEIU, anti-Trump plants at Trump rallies, etc., are for the most part ignorant of their own manipulation.  But that does not make them harmless or even blameless. 

Homo Sapiens, by their nature, are supposed to think for themselves. 

We can pray that President Elect Trump recognizes the depth of the deception, and the real root of the animosity against him from both unconstitutional Parties, and the numbers of Senators, House Members and Supreme Court Justices who have violated the Constitution and their own oaths of office, some of them multiple times. 

And that he recognizes not only all the unconstitutional regulations in existence, but also the fact that the very agencies and bureaucracies that issued those regulations stand in unconstitutional existence themselves.  We are spending American treasure on huge bureaucracies that are out of Constitutional scope in the first place. 

If he could break the Parties, and break the bureaucracies, that alone would make America great again.  If he could impeach violators (or indict and convict them) that alone would just about eliminate the Marxocrat Party.

He needs to be aware of all the impeachable offenses that have been committed.  It is good that President Elect Trump intends to nominate Constitutionalist for the Supreme Court.  But it would be even better if he took a good hard look at the existing Anti-American Court and decided to do something about that, too. 

A President Trump, and perhaps only a President Trump, could turn America around quickly.  It is doubtful that any other Republicrat, including even Ted Cruz, would be willing, although able, to do the necessary tearing down of unconstitutional government before restoring it to full Constitutionality. 

All of that tearing down would be done in the face of the howls and screams and perhaps violence, coming from academia, journalism, science, the sitting government and the Moron Vote, in all its variety.  Every Globalist-paid, Alinskyite-organized "movement" would be out in the streets, and every classroom and every news organization would be howling in rage. 

Too bad.  Very sad. 

Bottom line:  America will divide, or America will die. 

The more falsehood is tolerated, the less falsehood is discriminated against, the longer falsehood is allowed to grow and spread inside any human culture, the more evil is welcomed in, the more "diverse" we become, the more violent will be the eventual division, if division is to ever occur at all. 

Falsehood = Evil = Opposition to Nature = Opposition to God.

Whether the change is immediate and brutal, or the change is slow, tortuously painful and fraught with setbacks and delays, the change required to make America great again is not going to be pretty.  It will be strongly opposed. 

Pray for President Elect trump, and pray for the Constitution of the USA.
