Here, the authors of the American Declaration of Independence established four, unalienable, God-given, Natural Law human rights, as a purpose-for-being and the very foundation stone of an entirely new form of government.
What did the authors mean by "Life"?
What they meant was the Christian understanding of Life, relying on Scripture:
Scholarly interpretation of the original language reveals that the actual words were "Thou shalt not do murder".
Murder is interpreted to mean the unwarranted taking of innocent human life. I does not prohibit all killing of human beings, but it highlights the point that human life is sacred, and innocent human life is to be protected. War, self defense and death penalties for very serious crimes are not prohibited, when absolutely necessary.
The prohibition applies to human beings only. Man must kill to eat, for everything that is food for man must once have lived. Human Life feeds upon non-human life. Nothing that is edible is not of plant or animal life.
Further, the New Covenant, established by Christ, set aside dietary restrictions and most of the hundreds of Commandments of the Old Covenant. All the Jewish restrictions regarding food, ritual cleansings, sabbaths and the old festivals were no longer required, especially for the gentiles. Not prohibited, but also not required.
The Declaration's recognition of the sacredness of human Life and the Natural Law absolute right to Life would later be codified into American Constitutional law, the Supreme Law of the Land. Combined with the Equality Principle, which guarantees access to equal justice, the law requires an automatic presumption of innocence to any citizen charged with any crime. The state must prove guilt; the citizen is not required to prove innocence. No man stands superior to any other man in this regard; all stand equal before the law.
The right of an innocent human being to continue to live is inviolate.
So what does "Life" mean, as the authors of the Declaration intended it, as one of the four vital foundation stones upon which to build the new American government?
The scientific determination of when human life begins in the womb has advanced to the point that it is established fact that a new distinct human being is living at the exact moment of conception, and that it is less of a beginning of life than a transmission of life, and an unbroken continuation of life. The DNA proves it.
This American concept stands opposed to the Marxist interpretation of Life, which is, in a nutshell:
Atheistic Marxism holds nothing to be sacred. To the atheist, sacredness is a meaningless term. Commandments, Virtues, Vices, etc., hold no meaning in Marxism. There is only that which is productive or good for the collective, and that which is not. Outside of politics, there is only that which is pleasing and that which is not.
History proves that Marxist regimes value only those who support the Revolution, and they oppose even unto death those who oppose it. Soviet, Chinese, North Korean, Cuban, Vietnamese, Laotian, Cambodian, Burmese, Venezualan, etc., national histories involve mass murder, mass imprisonment, concentration camps and torture of anyone who opposed the Revolution. Many of today's poorly educated, or rather, purposely mal-educated citizens are surprised to learn the even Naziism and Fascism are variants of Marxism.
Official state sponsored terror always originated in atheistic regimes, from Robespierre's France to Stalin's Russia to Hitler's Germany.
Today's predominantly Socialist American government, led by Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, and his Marxocrat Party, with full bipartisan cooperation of the Republicrat Party, champions, sponsors, and unconstitutionally imposes an actual culture of death upon the whole nation, against the will of the people.
Everything from contraception to abortion, eugenics, euthanasia, rationed health care, rationed medicine, and anything else that will limit or end human life. At the same time, the same elitists push every form of sin, unnatural degeneracy and unnatural practices, as a "second front" movement against the Christian religion and the family. Blatant immorality joins the secularism movement in the crushing of religion in America.
Homosexuality, transgenderism, imaginary or temporary genders, homosexual adoption, no fault divorce, state authority superseding parental authority, fornication, cohabitation, even adultery, as publicly demonstrated by the Clintons.
These things are legally defended; Christianity is legally opposed.
This is what "enlightened" progressive thinking brings about.
The American concept also stands opposed to the Islamic interpretation of Life, which is, in a nutshell:
For 1,400 years, the history of Islam is loaded down with wanton murder, conquest for the sake of conquest, looting, pillaging, raping, enslaving and war, for the sake of war.
Americans educated in disinformation and propagandized into believing the Islamic Taqiyya lie that "Islam is a religion of peace" are taken off track by arguing silly side issues. Why won't the Obamunist regime or anyone in the Marxocrat Party actually say the words "Islamic Terrorism" or "Islamist Terrorism" or "Islamic Extremist" or "Islamic Extremist Terrorism"? A silly question leading to a pointless argument.
Clearly, they haven't read the Koran.
There's nothing "extreme" about it. Islam calls for terrorism. It's all just normal Islam. All the mass beheadings on camera, all the crucifixions of little children, burning people alive, dissolving people in acid, etc., etc., etc., are mild forms of killing Christians, to those who have read the Koran. Even flying planes full of people into buildings full of people elicits cheers from the world of Islam, not horror.
We are horrified; they are not. We are civilized; they are not.
The Koran - the recorded words of their supposed prophet - calls for terror. For cutting off a hand and a foot on opposing sides; for crucifying, so that the birds may feed on victim's heads and they cannot do anything about it; for pouring boiling water down throats so that their insides are dissolved; for preparing heated hooked rods of iron as implements of torture; and on, and on, and on.
This is the opposite of holding life to be sacred. This is holding life to be a something to be taken away, in horrifying, terrifying ways.
Terms like Demonic, Ghoulish, Fiendish and even Diabolical apply.
They delight in it. They celebrate it.
And all the Multicultural Diversity lovers embrace them, too.
Personally, I think the American way is better, but that's just an opinion.

Never be lukewarm.
Life itself demands passion.
He who is indifferent to God has already forfeited his soul.
He who is indifferent to politics has already forfeited his liberty.
In America, religion is not mere window dressing and citizenship is not a spectator sport.
Do not allow our common destiny as a whole people to just happen without your input.
Seek the Truth; find the Way; live the Life; please God, and live forever.

The Purpose of this grouping of articles is to highlight the absolutely unique political organization and therefore unique politics of the United States of America.
Christian American Politics Pages
American Politics differ from the politics of all other nations because the USA is designed to have no sovereign ruler, and no sovereign government, in the most accepted meaning of the word "Sovereign". The American Constitution itself is the only Sovereign. It provides the supreme law of the land, and the full operating instructions for the government. The representative and temporary government acts in unison with the People to make the Constitution work.
The Darkness and Depression that always accompany rejection of God. "These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full."-John 15:11. Departing from Jesus always brings on darkness and depression.
On the Inspired, Brilliant Republic of the Unique and Incomparable USA. The inspired, ingenuous and seemingly miraculously conceived concept and design of the word's first anti-tyrannical-government government.
God, Nature and the USA. The unique relationship between God, the Author of Nature, and the "Natural" political organization of the USA, as Declared and as Constituted.
Anti-God, Anti-Nature and Anti-USA. Breaking America's relationship with God and perverting man's view of Nature, first, in the Anti-USA Agenda of the Left.
Restoring USA: The simple (but difficult) task before our new President. Generations of unresisted Leftist damage and culture-rot cloud the simple task of restoring the original idea of the USA.
Ecumenical America: Christian Ecumenism's Last Best Hope. The Reformation split us apart; the Sons of Liberty and the Continental Congress sought to bring us back together.
Equality: The American versus the Marxist and Islamic Interpretations. The Equality of our Declaration is not the same as Socialist Equality, and it stands opposed to Islamic Domination.
Life: The American versus the Marxist and Islamic Interpretations. The "Life" in our Declaration is opposed to the pure utilitarianism of Socialism and the murderous domination of Islam.
Liberty: The American versus the Marxist and Islamic Interpretations. The "Liberty" in our Declaration is opposed to the pure social-sameness of Socialism and the absolute domination of Islam.
Pursuit Of Happiness: As in America, versus under Marxism or under Islam. The "Pursuit Of Happiness" in our Declaration as compared to the "Happiness" of the Socialist Collective, and the "Happy Sadistic Domination" of Islam.
Returning to American Ecumenism: the First Step in National Salvation. American Ecumenism, among the citizenry, may be the last "Big" hope the world has for Christian Ecumenism.
Reform Islam? How, exactly? Can you rewrite the Koran? Seeking out "Moderate Moslems" who will "Reform Islam" is a fool's errand. Islam is irreformable.
Reform Marxism? No way. No part of Marxism is useful to America. Trying to Reform Marxism is a fool's errand. Marxist ideology of Revolution assumes a priori that whatever institution exists needs to be destroyed.
Creating Pre-Revolutionary Chaos: Disorder masked as a "New Order". Revolutionaries must upset the existing order, while convincing the victim population that all the chaos they see is not of their doing.
On the hidden Marxist Injustice in "Social Justice" and "Democracy". And the Injustice in the sneaky, underhanded psychological blending of Communism with Christianity.
Failure to Anathematize anyone always leads to being Anathematized ourselves. We ought to just say "Let us be Anathema" the minute we stop shutting out mortal enemies of the Church and mortal enemies of the Nation.
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator’s supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights.”--Pope Pius XII
"It is not lawful to take the things of others to give to the poor. It is a sin worthy of punishment, not an act deserving a reward, to give away what belongs to others."--St. Francis of Assisi
Truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.—Winston Churchill
The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities.—Ayn Rand
