Breaking the Parties: Ending unconstitutional, illegal control of government.
Political Parties were never Constitutional. Making American government more manageable, representative and Constitutional begins with breaking the Parties.

Breaking the Parties should be Job One for anyone determined to return America to Constitutionalism.
Breaking the Parties would be a major step in breaking "The Club" of the Washington - New York high-society elitists, celebrities, socialites, crony-capitalists, CEOs, lobbyists, special interest groups and billionaires who actually own and drive both Political Parties from behind the political scenery.
Getting rid of our Political Parties would be relatively easy for anyone determined to do it, because Political Parties are already illegal and unconstitutional entities. All the political and government power the Parties wield is unauthorized by the Constitution, and illegal.
A Congress or a President, acting together or acting individually, could eliminate the Parties either by legislation, or by simple declaration. A President, a Congress, or both, could simply declare Political Parties to be unconstitutional, null and no part of government, from that date on, following the precedent established in Maybury v Madison.
If the Court can do it, so can the other two co-equal branches of government. The Constitution nowhere grants the Court, or any branch, any greater interpretive authority over the Constitution. The Constitution is written in plain English, and it stands on its own. The three branches of American government are subservient to the Constitution, not the other way round.
The Constitution provides the design of the American government and its full operating instructions. Article One Section Eight provides the limited and enumerated functions of our Constitutional government, and Political Parties are not among them. The Parties therefore have no legitimate and legal governmental authority to even exist, let alone exercise any government power at all.
The current brouhaha over Party Delegates in this primary election season highlights the mess the Parties have made of the American political process. The voters think - when they are allowed by the Parties to vote at all - that they are voting directly for a candidate. But they are not. Who they are voting for are local district or precinct Party Delegates, who will be the real voters in the primary election.
At the time of the citizen voting, the delegates may not even exist yet. They are chosen at state Party conventions, which may be and usually are held after the state primary. The Party picks the delegates. By a sort of universal rule across all states - which may be changed any time, because the Parties make the rules - the Party delegates, or most of them, are absolutely committed to vote for the candidate who won the primary, on the first ballot only.
After the first ballot, if no candidate won the required majority number, most if not all of the delegates are free to vote for whoever they want to vote for. It does not matter at all who the citizens voted for. The Party delegates alone vote to decide who the Party candidate will be.
And he can be anybody.
None of this is Constitutional.
This is the way it has been done since the Parties just schmoozed their way in and took over by osmosis around the Civil War. It was never Constitutional. It has grown and grown until it has become the monster that it is, actually running America, and running her into the ground.
Party politicians owe their first allegiance to the Party, not the Constitution, not the citizenry and not America. Party agendas change over time, as shown in the Political Party Pages, and Party goals and agendas rarely if ever align with the American Constitution. In fact, the record shows that they oppose it.
So what happens after Parties are outlawed?
No more Primary elections. No more Party delegates. No more Party candidates. No more Party conventions. No more Party holders of power in either house of Congress. No more Party-run or Party-selected committees. No more Party-selected judges and Justices.
No more Parties.
All that will be left are the Constitution, the People and the Electors.
Rather than Political Parties holding power over their delegates, duly elected and representative state governments will be holding power over electors. The People, and the Electoral College, will decide who the next President is to be.
In accordance with the Constitution, for a change.
If deemed absolutely necessary to have a political convention at all, it would be one, big, national convention, rather than two or three or more individual Party conventions, followed by a general election. To me, none of that costly public hoopla is even necessary. All that's really needed is to do what the Constitution says to do.
It worked well before; that proves that it can work well again.
The American Constitution is tried and true.

How can you write this excellent article & still support Cruz who is doing what u are against. Turn off your radio & start reading the printed word. Neither party wants. Trump. WHY? They can not control him.

The value of the printed word, like that of the radio broadcast word, depends on the verity of the author of it. If printed words, by mere dint of being printed words, are of more value than spoken words, try these printed words:
- Cruz has done nothing that I am against.
- I disagree with better than 90% of what Trump has said and done.
That being said, if Trump wins the nomination, I will vote for him. I do not believe he intends or aims to do any harm to America, and doing harm to America is precisely the goal and intention of the opposing Communists. (I mean Marxocrats.)
Despite all the experts and all the pollsters, I believe either Trump or Cruz can beat Madam Hillary or anyone else from that camp, and beat her bad.
And then, they would face the opposition of both Parties, and we would have gridlock for the first time in many, many years.
If the Communists won, however, there would be no gridlock. The establishment Republicrats have amply demonstrated that they do not resist anything the Marxocrats do to us, or to our Constitution.

This is in response to two off-line discussions in which fellow Glenn Beck fans agreed with his position that a President Madam Hillary would experience total Congressional opposition to everything she wanted to do, and a President Trump would just behave as does Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, and get away with it.
Beck is wrong; the exact opposite is true.
Madam Hillary would be supported by her Party, and by ours, too. They have already proved it, over and over again. The Republcrats support amnesty; they support keeping our borders open to the point of non-existence; they support the rise of Islam in America; they support Obamacare; in point of fact, there is nothing the Marxocrats have done or want to do that the establishment Republicrat Party does not wholeheartedly support. I have no idea why Glenn Beck thinks all of that would change if Madam Hillary were elected President.
If The Donald were elected, both Parties would oppose him vigorously, because both Parties hate him. It is The Donald who would face gridlock, in everything he tried to do. Not Madam Hillary.
Indeed, they might even impeach The Donald on some pretext, and just look at what they have allowed Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, to get away with.
It's the Parties that are the problem. The Parties have to go.
