The Ugly But Necessary Banishing Of American Citizens

If America is to survive all the criminal treachery from within banishing and the firing squad need to be established as legal penalties in law

Banishing the illegal aliens brought in by Biden and the Marxocrats from America will not be enough to save America from self destruction, and I will tell you why. The offspring of Hagar's child, Ishmael, have been waging war against the offspring of Sarah's child, Isaac, since they were born. It is the perpetual war between the children of the world (the flesh) versus the children of the Spirit (the promise). 

The children of the flesh and the children of the promise are identified by what they do and how they live their lives on earth. 

President Trump is doing what is necessary to rid America and the civilized world of the menace to world peace presented by the fanatical Islamic theocratic government of Iran. That matter will not be settled until the last of that fanatical Islamic government is eliminated or imprisoned.

But America, and the free world, will not be safe from the equally mortal enemies operating within their own borders unless and until they are all expunged from within all civilized nations. 

How to do that and remain civilized is the question that must be recognized, wrestled with and resolved, and quickly, lest the whole civilized world goes barbaric.

We have written much about the barbaric, evil and global Islamo-Commie-Homo movement aimed at inducing the self-destruction of civilization. At the same time that America and Western Civilization are threatened by the goals and policies of the sitting governments of Iran, China, Russia, North Korea and Cuba, agents of those governments along with multiple generations domestic citizenry steeped in Cultural Marxist education, news reporting, entertainment and false histories now menace us with social unrest, internal violence, chaos, terror and potential eventual overthrow. 

President Trump and the MAGA Movement are challenged to juggle both balls at the same time; foreign threats and domestic threats. 

The Civil Menace of Islam

Islam is more of a form of government and political ideology than it is a religion. In fact, the religion part of Islam is a facade. Islam is a psychological political trick, of use in recruiting and fooling masses of devout believers into becoming willing if not fanatical canon fodder for the political cause of eventual national conquests leading to eventual global conquest. Allah is no god and Mohammed was no prophet. 

Civilized nations under any kind of Islamic threat, whether from within or without, are never going to wholly eliminate that Islamic threat unless and until they stop thinking of Islam as being a religion. 

Since the seventh century birth of Islam its entire history is one of military conquest, murder, genocide, piracy, slavery, torture, terror, extortion, ransom and tribute payments from civilized and other non-Islamic nations. Islam produced nothing; Islam took everything it had from everyone else. Barbary coast Moslem corsairs took ships, treasure and 1.5 million American and European slaves in and around the Straight of Gibraltar.

America's first two foreign war were waged against Islam. Prior to those wars, Islam was demanding "tribute" payments just for American and European ships to be left alone on the high seas. After that war, Islam left American citizens and American ships strictly alone and there were no tribute payments. 

Current American and Western nation officials who recognize Islam as a religion, consider Jihad to be "radical" and Jihadists to be "radicalized", and after every Islamic terror incident, they go looking for how and by whom the perpetrator(s) was (were) "radicalized". 

But Jihad is Islam; Jihadists are Moslems; Islam itself is radical, by the standards of civilization. Islam is not civilized. Islam itself is barbaric. 

• Osama bin Ladin was a "normal" Sunni Moslem.
• Ayatollah Khamenei was a "normal" Shia Moslem.
• Moslems who do not kill Americans are "radical" Moslems.

In every act of Islamic terrorism, murder, rape, torture, etc., the perpetrators were doing nothing more than the Koran, the Hadith and the local Imam at the local Mosque instructed them to do. Genocide against the Jews and bloody Jihad against the whole non-Islamic world was preached by Mohammed himself and is preached by the Imams of every Mosque on earth. 

Jihadists are radicalized by the Koran, the Hadith and the Imams. 

Islam = Jihad = Terrorism, and there is nothing radical about it. It is normal. 

• "Radical" Moslems are the ones who do not commit acts of Jihad against non-Moslems. 
• "Radical" Islamic governments are the ones who leave non-Islamic nations alone.
• "Radical" Moslems do not truly believe or properly follow Islam, although they pretend otherwise under pain of death. 

Islam, whether viewed as a religion or as an ideology, is antithetical to the American constitution. 

1. Death to all Jews everywhere on earth is a violation of the First Amendment. 
2. Elimination of all religions on earth except for Islam is a violation of the First Amendment. 
3. Elimination of all forms of jurisprudence and government on earth other than Islamic law and government is a violation of the legal supremacy of the Constitution.
4. Forbidding speech, press, art, etc., mocking or critical of Islam, Mohammed or Allah is a violation of the First Amendment. 
5. Imposing Sharia law anywhere in America is a direct violation of the supremacy clause of the Constitution and of the supremacy of all American federal, State and Local laws over any and all foreign laws.

The "religion" of Koranic Islam has no place in America. 

The Civil Menace of Socialism

There is no form of Socialism that is not antithetical to the Constitution. 

Today the Left opposes Nazi-Fascism, and the Right opposes Communism, but all of them are Socialist, and Socialism itself is the real problem here. All are Marxist. All were born of Marx's Manifesto. All promise impossible things. 

Just as in Islam, Marx's invented dream of Socialism is a false religion. There is and can be no worker's paradise. There is and can be no worldly utopia. The promises of Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler and Mao were all false promises, lures to convince and enlist useful idiot armies for the cause, the equals of Islam's Jihadists. The real goal, just as in Islam, is the achievement of dictatorial one-party rule over nations, and eventually, over the world. 

Mohammed was no prophet, he was a world conqueror-ruler-dictator wannabe. And Marx was no economic genius either; he, too, was a world conqueror-ruler-dictator wannabe. 

Both Islam and Marxist Socialism were among history's greatest and most successful strategic paths to attaining ruthlessly applied absolute totalitarian dictatorship

As far as pure forms of government go, there was no difference whatsoever between Stalinist Russia and Ayatollah-ruled Iran. 

Forget about how Socialism doesn't work as a government model. That's been demonstrated so many times I don't even want to talk about it. It always fails and always "falls" into dictatorship. It "falls" by plan. The real goal of all Socialist politicians is dictatorship. 

How is Socialism antithetical to the American Constitution?

• The very idea of Socialist redistribution and communal property is a violation of the Constitutional prohibition against taking anyone's personal property without due process of law. 
• The very idea of Socialist communal living is a violation of the American citizen's Constitutional right to Liberty. 
• The very idea of Socialist "from each according to their ability, to each according to their need" is a violation of the limited scope of authority of American government, which is established by the limited and enumerated powers of government established in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution.
  
  (If it isn't in Article 1 Section 8, Congress cannot legislate, the President cannot order and the Court cannot adjudicate anything to do with it, short of amending the Constitution to do it.)

Socialism has no place in America.

The Civil Menace of Hedonism

Hedonism represents an attack on the original Judeo-Christian ethos and moral code that gave birth to America and inspired her Constitution, which may have been the greatest pro-human rights document and the most uplifting of the rights, dignity and decency of man since the Bible. And certainly the most whole national population uplifting and enriching document ever written.

• Judeo-Christian theological moral law was the original foundation for the Constitution itself and for the establishment of all American law. 
• Hedonism is the exact opposite of Judeo-Christian moral law.

Hedonism leads to the ultimate death of civilizations, as seen in the history of Sodom and Gomorrah. Hedonism is exemplified by the seeking of pleasure for its own sake and ruthlessly opposing restrictions on it, which is a description of the policies of the Marxocrat Party. 

Free government-supplied narcotics; gluttony; drunkenness; free love; free sex; perverse forms of sex; promiscuity; easily broken marriages; easily broken families; contraception; abortion; pedophilia; all forms of sexual abuse; sadomasochism; unlimited power over others; torture; murder. 

All things either sponsored and celebrated by or at least not prosecuted by the Marxocrat Party, which is the Party of the flesh and the world. 

How is Hedonism antithetical to the American Constitution?

• American Constitutional government design restricts the federal government authority the most and leaves most government authority to the representative governments of the sovereign states, which in turn leave even more governing authority to county and township governments, which in turn recognize and do not infringe the liberty and self-governing of a moral citizenry. 
• Federal government is Constituted to be small and limited in power, restricted to addressing in law only those things articulated in the limited and enumerated powers listed in Article 1 Section 8. 
• "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." [Amendment X.]
• Federal government is Constitutionally prohibited from addressing in law, whether through legislation, regulation, executive order or adjudication, such things as, 

• But they did it anyway. 
• A moral people do not need moral law to remain moral.
• An immoral people will violate the strongest moral law.
• The goal of hedonism is to make people immoral.

It may be seen that, in practice, anti-discrimination laws, for instance, impose actual discrimination, by law. When law forces people to favor a group it simultaneously forces people to discriminate against another group. People were forced by law to discriminate, in hiring, promoting, grading, associating, etc., and thus favoring, perhaps against their will, races, sexual perversions, sexes, age groups, mental illnesses, addicts, alcoholics and criminally inclined.

Why? Because the federal government said so.

Target groups of discrimination laws were turned into tyrannical legal discriminators against other groups. Forced Woke DEI tyranny became a divisive exclusionary political force charging all who opposed it with racism, bigotry, homophobia, etc., the exact opposite of what it claimed to be.

It is never enough that citizens are given the bogus right to be immoral or do immoral things, such as homosexuality. All normal citizens are forced by law to not only approve of it, but celebrate it, with special parades, events and holidays, and not denounce or criticize it in any way under pain of unconstitutional hate crime laws. 

A direct violation of freedom of association. 

An effort to legally force all of the population into association with evil.

Hedonism has no place in America.

The Civil Menace of the Marxocrat Party

The Marxocrat Party sponsors Socialism, which is anti-American.

The Marxocrat Party sponsors Islam, which is anti-American.

The Marxocrat Party sponsors Hedonism, which is anti-American.

The Marxocrat Party opposes Article 1 Section 8. 

The Marxocrat Party opposes the Second Amendment.

The Marxocrat Party opposes Judaism and Christianity.

The Marxocrat Party opposes Judeo-Christian morality.

The Marxocrat Party champions open, public, celebrated homosexuality, transsexuality and all sexual deviations and perversions. 

The Marxocrat Party champions free narcotics at taxpayer expense.

The Marxocrat Party champions open borders, citizenship for all illegal aliens, the unvetted driving, voting and running for political office privileges of all illegal aliens, and getting as many enemies of America into political office as possible.

The Marxocrat Party at the least tolerates and at the worst champions false histories and condemnations of America, and condemnations of Constitutional America, her flag, her anthem and her patriots.

The Marxocrat Party seeks the defunding and closing down of both local and federal police, the emptying of prisons and the non-prosecution of arrested criminals

The Marxocrat Party practices criminal lawfare against all opposition. 

The Marxocrat Party opposes all majorities, examples being white Americans and Europeans, Christians in America, MAGA voters and heterosexuals.

Marxocrats of either sex have no problem getting naked in front of the opposite sex or with the opposite sex getting naked in front of them in the locker rooms of schools and sports facilities. Furthermore, they have no problem with forcing others to do the same against their will. Nor do they have any problem having men with male DNA, male chromosomes and/or male genitalia getting into women's sports so they can physically compete solely against women, instead of competing with other men. After all, its a lot easier and a lot more rewarding for male wimps to compete against the girls.

Marxocrats are anti-Americans with the ethos of BMDFP¹⁰ and Obamas.

The Marxocrat Party should have no place in America.

The Sometimes Ugly But Always Necessary Solutions:

To get the military back to being the military, 

• Restore sexual immorality to being a cause for dishonerable discharge in the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Conduct).
  
• Get homosexuals, transsexuals and all other perverts completely out of the military. 
• Get females out of all combat MOS (Military Occupation Specialty) training, out of all combat units and out of all common sleeping and latrine facilities. 

To begin to end the threats of terrorism and mass murder events inside our own borders:

• Issue an Executive Order declaring all gun control laws at all levels of government, and all gun registration laws, the very existence of gun ownership registries, all gun sale laws, all gun dealer licensing laws and regulations and all restricted "gun free zones" to be unconstitutional violations of the Second Amendment, nullified and no longer law. 
  
  Every such law or regulation is a direct violation of the American citizen's absolute constitutional right to posses and carry weapons of war. 

Almost overnight mass casualty events would come to a screeching halt, as the numbers of the majority of victims of such events suddenly became the perpetrators rather than their intended victims. We don't need police protection everywhere we work, travel, worship or play. We can take care of ourselves, our families and our neighbors perfectly well. This would be a change from "if you see something say something" to "if you see something do something". 

We the people can do a better job of keeping guns out of the hands of our problem family members than the government, which would up keeping guns out of all of our hands, unconstitutionally.

Outlaw Islam.

Outlaw Marxism.

Outlaw Political Parties.

Establish the firing squad, decitizenizing and banishment as penalties for fomenting or committing treason, sedition, revolution or anarchy.

Decitizenize and banish all officials or serving military who took an oath of office to defend the Constitution as anti-Constitution Moslems.

Decitizenize and banish all officials or serving military who took an oath of office to defend the Constitution as anti-Constitution Socialists.

Decitizenize and banish all officials or serving military who took an oath of office to defend the Constitution as anti-Constitution Hedonists.

There is no way any such oath taker can be a defender of the constitution while remaining a Moslem, a Socialist or a Hedonist. Islamists, Socialists and Hedonists in Constitutional political office is what got America into this mess.

Pursue RICO law violation indictments for Islamo-Commie-Homo organizations, such as the Marxocrat Party, the USCCB, Catholic Relief 
Services, Catholic Charities and a plethora of others like BLM, Code Pink, Antifa, etc.

That's my opinion as an American thinking Catholic. Take it or leave it.
