Do you see race relations listed among the limited and enumerated legislative powers of government? That's funny, neither do I.
Among the most often heard automatic, unthinking acquiescences today runs along the lines of "Everyone agrees that we (America) still have a long way to go in eliminating our own racism". You can leave me out of that particular everyone, because I do not agree with it and I will not accept it. "We" (America) are not and never were racist, as a nation. That's an anti-American Marxist lie, born of Cultural Marxism.
Marxocrat Partyism has come a long way; indeed it has gone 180% out of racist phase, switching from anti-black racism to anti-white racism.
All of true history's so-called "systemic" racism in America is attributable to the always anti-American and now Culturally Marxist Marxocrat Party. It its initial form as the Democrat Party it was anti-black racist, and it came to be a Political Party in order to preserve and grow the black slave trade. In its present form as the Marxocrat Party it is anti-white racist.
The "everybody agrees" falsehood that the white race itself is somehow systemically racist is just another Globalist-Marxist and anti-American Marxocrat Party flagrant lie. Leave me out of it.
This doesn't mean that all of the old Democrat Party voters were racist; just most of them. And it doesn't mean that all of the newer Marxocrat Party voters are racist; again, just most of them. But the real power driving the Party and the politicians elected by it, are indeed racist, and if there really is such a thing as "systemic racism" then the Marxocrat Party, throughout its ugly history, epitomizes it.
The Marxocrat Party exists to feed, grow and expand racism, as Job 1.
And it always has; it just switched races to be racist against.
Outside of that Party, every race has its racists, its anti-racists and its color-blind, and every race always has, and every race always will. And outside of the Marxocrat Party and any other Party like it, and outside of gangs, systemic racism does not exist.
When anyone says that "We all know that the American police need to be reformed and retrained to end police racism" you can leave me out of that "we", because that's a load of Marxocrat Party crapolla. Cops are no different than anyone else (outside of the Marxocrat Party) regarding percentages of racism.
No one hates bad cops more than the good cops. They already know how to enforce the law; that's their job, and they need to be allowed to go ahead and do it without being demonized as a whole for individual bad-cop incidents. They don't need any more training or any more oversight; they need to be allowed to do their job and be recognized for the self-sacrificial dedication required for them to just keep the peace.
But the Marxocrat Party, as a Party, doesn't want peace.
Even knowing how the Marxocrat Party, as a Party, despises the rule of law, it is still shocking how many sitting Marxocrat politicians are calling for the defunding and elimination of police forces in all already war-torn and disintegrating Marxocrat-run inner cities. First, they send in their Marxocrat Party sponsored violent groups such as Antifia, Black lives Matter and Black Panthers to riot, burn, loot, destroy and attack police precincts, and then they call for the defunding and eliminating of cops.
You would think that they would lose local elections over such opposition to the rule of law, but no, not in their solidly Marxocrat Party run jurisdictions, because that's the sort of thing that their captive, totally dependent and lemming-like voter-base has been carefully trained to want.
American government is supposed to be limited in size and scope by the ruling Constitution. Government officials too are supposed to be directed, limited and constrained in what they must and what they cannot do by the ruling Constitution. And, government officials are required to to be legally equal to the citizenry by the ruling Constitution. Not superior, and not inferior, but legally equal.
The Marxocrat Party hates that, seeks to undo it, and already has undone most all of it.
How is the American government limited by the Constitution? I invite you to examine the limited and enumerated powers of government from Article One Section Eight of the Constitution:

[Note 1: These are the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the Congress. Nothing outside of this list may be addressed in federal law short of passing a Constitutional Amendment to do it.]
[Note 2: If it cannot be Constitutionally legislated into law, it cannot Constitutionally exist in federal law. The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the power to "delegate" any of it's exclusive legislative powers to any lesser body or bureaucracy that may exist or be brought into existence. Thus, no "regulation" may be issued to do that which the Congress is specifically prohibited from doing.]
[Note 3: No executive order or action of any kind by the President may establish any rule, regulation or law that the Congress is specifically prohibited from legislating.]
[Note 4: If it does not (and Constitutionally cannot) exist in legislated and signed federal law, the Supreme Court may not Constitutionally hear and adjudicate anything to do with it. The Supreme Court may only adjudicate cases involving existing federal law.]
[Note 5: To quote Article 1 Section 1: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." The key word is "All". No exceptions. If it wasn't constitutionally legislated and signed into law, it is no law.]
A brief digression from the topic to address the American Militia ...
Note well the Constitution's Article One Section Eight requirement of Congress to "provide for" the calling forth of the Militia and to "provide for" the organizing, arming and disciplining of the Militia.
What does "provide for" mean?
It means to budget for it; to provide funds for it so that local jurisdictions would have some extra means to organize, arm and train a civilian militia, and so that the Executive branch - the Presidency - would have something to call forth to suppress insurrections, any time and anywhere they may occur inside the nation, without mobilizing the military.
We have called for the reestablishment of the old time Militia, first in Sheriffs and Veterans and Citizens, Oh My!, and then in the Constitutional Community Organizing treatment, in the DeAlinskyizing treatment, inside the Communism's Monster treatment, in the Gun Control treatment and probably elsewhere herein. The Constitution calls for it, but our supposedly Constitutional government simply isn't doing it. It was, once upon a time, a Constitutional government, as it still should be.
Reestablishing Constitutional Rule should be citizenry's main goal.
Mainly to that end, we have called for the establishment of a permanent draft of all American males shortly after their 18th birthday, a draft that should always be among the easiest requirements to avoid by simple refusal to join. All the draftee would have to do would be to not show up. No one should be forced to serve against his will.
Draftees would go through basic training and advanced individual training, probably 20 weeks or less, and then go home to become, if they so desired, a member of their own local Militia. At least they would have fresh marksmanship skills and basic fundamental military training behind them as soon as they got back home.
Over time civilian militia membership might become the popular norm and those who refuse the draft might become the minority. Either way America, both locally and nationally, would be the stronger for it.
Do you see Social Security listed among the limited and enumerated legislative powers of government? That's funny, neither do I.
Social Security, FDR's economic time bomb, will single-handedly take down America if we don't do something to stop it. Each time the issue is brought up, the anti-American Party stirs up the polity and terrifies the elderly by hyper-emotionalizing the issue with loud charges that "The Republicrats Are Going To End Social Security And Cut Off Your Social Security Benefits!"
And the dim-bulb Republicrat response is always along the lines that Nobody wants to cut Social Security. Well you can leave me out of that particular nobody, because if something isn't done about the Social Security fiscal black hole, it will eat America. And perhaps that was the original plan.
As we said long ago in Cut Social Security, the plan can be reversed and eventually killed without any retirees ever losing any of their social security benefits for the rest of their natural lives. The major change would be that Social Security expenditures would begin going down rather than up every year, and everyone - both employers and employees - would have whole a lot more money in their pockets.
And a whole new private sector entrepreneurial opportunity would open up for retirement insurance providers.
Do you see health care, medical care or any kind of insurance listed among the limited and enumerated legislative powers of government? That's funny, neither do I.
Yet here we are, with a majority of employed people absolutely dependent upon and economically tied to employer supplied health care insurance, to the point of being terrified of ever becoming unemployed by the current employer for any reason. And that terror has nothing to do with the job or the work to be done for the employer.
The situation was bad enough when insurance companies got between the doctor and the patient, as did the government bureaucrats in Medicare and Medicaid.
Under Comrade Obama may peace be upon him the government jumped in with both feet and attempted to take over and socialize all health care under the Obamacare plan, and overnight an already bad situation was made so much worse that it failed at everything health insurance is supposed to do. Insurance costs went up in direct proportion to how received benefits went down, which was, radically.
Again, as usual, the political arguments got overheated, with the anti-American Marxocrats screaming "They're going to cut your health care and just let you die!"
And again, the dim-bulb Republicrat response was along the lines of Nobody wants to cut your health care insurance; we just want to do it better. Well, ho hum, heavy sigh and here we go again. You can leave me out of that "nobody" too, because I would like to see health care insurance forced to get the hell out of everybody's life.
We talked about how to do it among the Socialized Medicine pages, in quite a few other pages herein, and maybe especially in the Fixing Health Care treatment. There we said that the key was in two programs, the first was to kill the Medical Billing Code system, and the second was to legislate to force all insurance policies to be owned by and all benefits to be paid to beneficiaries and not to health care providers. Do those two things, and poof! Insurers would be scrambling to sell insurance plans to beneficiaries rather than to employers, providers would be completely out of the insurance picture and all medical costs would immediately go way, way down.
Do you see education listed among the limited and enumerated legislative powers of government? That's funny, neither do I.
So how did the federal government (but really, the Marxocrat Party) get in charge of public indoctrination? (I mean education.) As a matter of Constitutional fact, short of a ratified Constitutional amendment to do it, the federal government has no business addressing education in legislation, enforcement or adjudication of law. In my personal opinion, no level of government has any business involving itself in education unless and only to the extent that the involvement is established by the represented citizenry. What happens to public education if the department of education is shut down and all funding to public schools is cut off? Well, ownership of public schools is currently in local government hands. Local governments could keep running the schools and paying the teachers, but they would have to get their funds from tuition payments, as all the more legitimate private and parochial schools already do. If they satisfied the parents who were paying the tuitions, they would stay open; if not, they would go out of business. Very simple, nothing to it. The free market would take care of it.
As an interim shock-reducing plan, federal money that used to be sent to local school districts could be sent directly to parents of students to be used as they and they alone see fit.
Teacher's unions would then be forced to negotiate with and strike against those who pay their salaries rather than with the Marxocrat party (I mean to the federal government), and see where that gets them.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

Do you see journalism, publishing or broadcasting listed among the limited and enumerated legislative powers of government? That's funny, neither do I.
The anti-American Marxocrat Party began taking over the Mainstream News Media with Woodrow Wilson's Marxist seduction of the news media. Today, under Marxocrat Party direction, Cultural Marxism owns and operates the education of journalists, the careers of journalists, the slant or "spin" of all news reported, what journalists actually report in the news and what journalist consciously suppress in the news.
Nearly everything you see, hear and read has been filtered by Marxism.
The claim that journalism is part of government or has some Constitutional standing above everyone else because of the freedom of the press clause in the First Amendment is bogus. Journalism is no part of the Constitutional and therefore legal American government; journalism, writ large, is owned and operated by and is an integral and perhaps inseparable part of the Marxocrat Political Party, but not the legitimate government.
Freedom of the Press was inserted into the First Amendment to protect citizens who wished to publish opinions others may oppose. The classic example of the kind of citizen it meant to protect was Thomas Paine, the author of Common Sense; an ordinary citizen, unpopular with the British Crown, who had access to a printing press and used it. He was the "Blogger" of his day, and more of a free thinking citizen than any official journalist.

So why are unconstitutional and therefore illegal Political Parties actually running the whole American government, top to bottom?
Virtually every unconstitutional thing listed among the Fixing America pages was brought into being by unconstitutional political party action. Virtually every existing unconstitutional regulating bureaucracy listed among the Cut The Spending pages was brought into being by unconstitutional party action.
If it is unconstitutional, then it is illegal. The Parties are unconstitutional.
Do you begin to see why America today desperately needs a forcible reestablishment of Constitutional rule?
The Marxocrat Party is intent on taking America down, and the Republicrat Party is either in on it, or is stupidly blind to it, going on as if it's just business as usual, like trained seals in a circus act barking for another fish.
The gigantic, glaring lies of America's most prominent Marxocrats are blatant, obvious and in our faces. They look right into the TV cameras and lie.
They fully intend to
- keep the BLM / Antifa inner city insurrections going, and
- keep the Commievirus hoax over-hyped and in play
forever, if possible, but at least through the 2020 election and beyond.
Despite the fact that the masks cannot screen in or out any virus, despite the fallacy of the arbitrarily decided 6 foot social distancing and despite all of their now obvious hard-core science denial, they will maintain the lies because they simply cannot stand the truth.
They fail to relate the rising numbers of positive covid tests to the rising numbers of tests, which are and have been increasing at a frantic pace. The more you test, the more you find; very simple, nothing to it.
But they will relate the rising positive numbers to Church worship, or barroom drinking and associating, or restaurant dining, or the non-use of totally ineffective masks and social distancing. And to the "research" of their hired-off-the-street Covid-Tracers who will only check up on bars and restaurants and Churches and Trump rallies, but never any BLM riots or Marxocrat big shot funerals or weddings or other gatherings that are always exempted from the limitations placed on all the rest of us. I guess ya gotta be a Marxocrat big shot.
Nor will they attribute any of the Covid deaths to the overuse of ventilators on Covid patients. Here is what we said about it in Deadly Good Intentions of Bureaucratic Experts:
Are Ventilators now killing more patients than they are saving?
Intubation and putting someone on a ventilator is a very serious thing. Itubation is the process of inserting an endotracheal tube through the mouth and into the airway; it is normally done so that a patient can be placed on a ventilator to assist with breathing during strong anesthesia, sedation or very severe illness.
During intubation the patient cannot speak, and may have trouble speaking for weeks or months after coming off of the ventilator, and may even need speech therapy.
Once a person is on a ventilator, it is a very dangerous thing to take that person off of the ventilator. The reason is that the ventilator takes over the breathing of the patient from the normal involuntary muscle action that makes us naturally breath on our own. Once the body gets used to not breathing on its own, it may have difficulty being "weaned" off of the ventilator, and re-learning to breath normally again.
Whenever someone is being taken off of a ventilator, the family is usually called in and an emergency team is standing by, because it is a potentially dangerous situation for the patient.
Now, it turns out, that just as in the case experienced by Rush Limbaugh mentioned above, Chi-Comm Virus patients for some reason experience a quite low blood-oxygen saturation level, causing the usual alarm bells to go off in expert medical minds. Below a certain point, a low blood-oxygen saturation level indicates the need for a ventilator to avoid the dangerous condition of hypoxia.
So, Chi-Comm virus sufferers experience exceptionally low blood-oxygen saturation levels, but they do not go into hypoxia for some reason. They are doing fine, at least in that regard. Again, it's the numbers that have a problem, but not necessarily the patient.
A high number of Chi-Comm virus victims have been intubated and put on ventilators because of their low saturation levels. And a high percentage of these patients have died, as compared to other Chi-Comm virus victims with similar saturation levels who were never put on ventilators.
It begins to look like the ventilators may be killing more Chi-Comm virus victims than the Chi-Comm virus itself.
This may be especially the case where the patient already has one or more fatal or potentially fatal conditions, such as cancer, heart disease, emphysema, diabetes, extreme old age, etc., as found in many nursing home populations. Putting many of these already high-risk patients on ventilators and then trying to take them back off could very well be the deciding factor causing the death of the patients.
And, another point to remember, the Chi-Comm virus "experts" are all about numbers, and when certifying causes of deaths, regardless of whatever other fatal afflictions the patient may have been afflicted with, if that patient tested positive for the Chi-Comm virus, then, buda bing, buda boom, the virus became the certified cause of death.
Skewing fatality numbers even more in the expert-predicted direction.
Intubation and ventilation are very intrusive, invasive and dangerous procedures that in fact have a mortality rate of their own, in and of themselves, even without considering other possible morbidities.
Deaths occur so frequently during the removal of the tube and the ventilator, with all other factors aside, that the next of kin is normally called to be present for the process.
This whole unnecessary shut-down and implementation of rules regarding masking, social distancing and quarantining was brought to us by panic-inducing gross exaggerations of risks and flat out falsehoods.
- We never should have shut down.
- We never should have accepted any of the "emergency" rules.
- We shouldn't stay shut down.
- We shouldn't continue under any of the "emergency" rules.
We - America, as a Constitutional Republic - are not going to survive this crisis unless and until we recognize the mortal enemy within our own citizenry, within our own families, and even within our own Catholic Church. And even within our own individual souls. Complacency and unwillingness to recognize and deal with this internal enemy can destroy our souls and destroy our nation considerably easier than could any enemy from outside our borders or from outside Christ's Church.
We've got to deal with it, or we are lost, as a people, as a nation, as a family and even as individual souls.
If you can't pledge allegiance to your own flag; if you can't sing your own national anthem; if you don't really love your own nation, then you should go and live somewhere else where you can be happier.
And if you can't pledge allegiance to your own flag, sing your own national anthem and display love and affection for your own nation, yet you refuse to leave us, and seek to make us something other than what we were designed to be and naturally are, then you should be banished from us, shunned and made anathema to us.
Especially if you are a consecrated religious or an ordained cleric.
Read your Baltimore Catechism, your Declaration and your Constitution.
And then either love it or leave it.
Pray for the President and for the resurrection of Constitutional America.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.

In you previous Sheriffs and Veterans article you indicated the militia was to be set up as a defense against the then Obama government. Now, in this article, you indicate that the militia should be set up so the Trump government can call it up against insurrections. Which is it? It can't be both.

Yes it can be both, and it is both. The duly elected government and its represented citizenry are supposed to be of one mind, and of the same political mind. A Constitutional mind. The Second Amendment was written and ratified for that very purpose.
When either the government or the citizenry start going off of the Constitutional rails, they are supposed to pull each other back to the original Constitutional Idea.
Thus, as legal equals, the Government and the Citizenry can be both complimentary and antagonistic at the same time. The contention never stops, and it is good in that it is self-correcting, and it is at risk today because Cultural Marxism and Civil Jihad have infected both the government and the citizenry, setting them not only against each other, but against themselves.
Because the infection acts against the very Constitution itself.
