What is RICO?

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. RICO was enacted by Title IX of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970, and is codified at 18 U.S.C. ch. 96 as 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968. [Wikipedia]

Can RICO be applied against foreign racketeers when the USA is the prime target of their organized criminal activity? Perhaps; it certainly should be.

You don't have to be an FBI agent to see the glaringly obvious criminal collusion between Red China, the Mexican government, the Mexican criminal cartels, the Biden White House, the Marxocrat Party and their Mainstream Media, the corrupted DOJ/FBI/CIA/NSA/FISA and the rest of the Deep State Swamp, and the organized criminal smuggling of tons of fentanyl into and all over America.

Nor does it take any advanced degree in criminology to just naturally recognize that the very purpose-for-being of the European Union is to destroy the sense of  sovereignty, eliminate the currencies and any sense of the national identities of Western Civilization nations, and to flood their populations with hordes of illegal alien Islamic barbarians to induce social chaos and destroy all sense of orderliness, lawfulness and public safety.

The UN is all on board with all of this, and indeed, colluding with the EU, the WEF, the WHO and a thundering herd of NGOs to get it done, all over the world, including especially all over the USA.

To that end they all conspire together to push the global terrorizing political hoaxes of climate change doom, fossil-fuel doom, pandemic doom among other hoaxes on their dumbed-down herd of domesticated university students. The longer students stay in the classrooms the more corrupted their minds will be made, to the point where the universities are cranking out real stupidasses who don't know up from down.

It's Hegelian-ism put on steroids, to make whole swaths of Western Civilization ripe for Machiavellian takeovers masked as "Revolutions", or, to brutally shut-down free speech, public assembly and redress under the cover story of putting down "Insurrections".

They believe the climate change lies, the fossil fuel lies, the pandemic lies, and more. Whatever a professor says, they will believe. They think themselves enlightened, and everyone else unenlightened. They actually believe that "gender" is more a matter of personal feelings regarding self-identity than a mater of biological fact. The universities did that. We now have a Supreme Court Justice who cannot define the word woman, because she thinks only a biologist can do that. To understand how she got that way you need look no further than the teaching institutions she was educated in.

The best universities are cranking out absolute stupidasses like her.

The evil conniving George Soros seems to be the one common thread that runs through every bit of it, including even the Racketeer Catholic Bishops and the Unicrat Party Racketeers.

With boring, ho-hum, heavy sigh and here we go again repetition, we again ask the simple question,

We have to keep asking it, because George Soros doesn't hide what he's doing, he's quite open about it, he even brags about it and is quite proud of it. He is quite bold and publicly braggadocios in his open commission of sedition and treason against,

• Judaism in general and Israel in particular,
• Christianity in general and Catholicism in particular,
• Western Civilization in general and America in particular.

As long as he keeps getting away with it he will just keep on doing it.

Soros, Obama and Clinton, none of whom are even Catholic, are even alleged to have been involved in Pope Benedict XVI stepping down and Pope Francis stepping up to the Roman Catholic Papacy.

Nothing New About Stupid Student Activism

The pre-WWII Hitler Youth were stupid too. As were the "educated" Chinese students, with their little red books, who led China's bloody Cultural Revolution, who were in turn mimicked by the 1960s American students, who led the "peace" sit-ins, die-ins, takeovers, occupations, bombings, bank robberies and murders. The bombers and murderers and terrorists of the 1960s are now the aging professors in America's universities.

The ones who actually went to prison got their sentences reduced, and and their records prettied-up making them look like heroes instead of Communist rioters, insurgents and revolutionaries. Some of them are in Congress, and all of them today form a tightly-knit self-congratulating mutual admiration society of rabidly anti-American "Rebels".

How did they get away with it? They took over the Marxocrat Party. The big drive today is toward and into One Party Rule of America. And they have just about achieved it, with the help of deep-cover Moles, and with the help of all the RINOs and CRINOs in the Republicrat Party.

Educationally dumbed-down students make the best useful idiots.

And "education" has been dumbing-down students and making them pro-Socialist, anti-Capitalist, anti-Christian and antisemitic since way back when the Frankfort School got started with the Cultural Marxism movement. American education today, under the auspices of the anti-American federal department of education, which itself operates under the auspices of the anti-American United Nations, is in the business of cranking out useful idiots for the making of a future Marxist America.

When Hitler's SA Brown-Shirt street thugs began to show more allegiance to their leader, Ernst Rohm, he had them all slaughtered in the famous Night Of The Long Knives, because they had served their purpose as useful idiots. He replaced them with his SS organization, who all swore allegiance to him alone.

That should be a warning to useful idiots; their usefulness is temporary.

The American social upheaval of the 1960s was not a peace movement or an anti-war movement at all; it was a Communist movement, pure and simple, with a huge contingent of fooled and quite stupid useful idiots helping it along. There was nothing heroic or blissful about the hippy crowd. It was flat out stupid, where it was not evil. For example, most all of that crowd, even today, firmly believe that all of America, and even all of the white race (except for themselves, of course) always was and still is racist. Not the old pre-Marxist Democrat Party of black slavery, the Confederacy, the infamous Black Codes, Jim Crow and "segregation forever" but rather, all of America, all of Europe and all white people.

It wasn't just their Party; it was everyone else. They believe that.

And that black people, and "people of color" cannot possibly be racist. Right. Well educated, "enlightened", elitist, effete stupidity on steroids.

The Problem with National Guard as Militia

The history of the period, written by them, is also phony. The Kent State incident is a good example. The popular "Four Dead In Ohio" song makes America the villain and the rioters the heroes. Reciters of the story never mention why the National Guard was even there, or the burning buildings on campus, or the bricks, bottles and rocks in the air, just the four dead in Ohio.

And that may have been the last time the National Guard was ever called out to suppress a violent insurgency in which they were armed with live ammo. Which is nonsensical. They are trained to kill people and break things. They should only be called out when there is a need to kill people and break things. When they are on the scene, it's time for all good citizens to settle down, stop what they're doing, get the hell out of the way, or get shot.

But that was before Kent, and this is now.

Nowadays when the guard is called out they are essentially unloaded, and they just kind of stand around and look fierce, but everybody knows they are not loaded and won't shoot anybody no matter what they do. They can be mobbed and overpowered, which was recently proved at the Mexican border.

The national guard is further disabled by being organized under state governments, since the state governments have lost much of their own state sovereignty by the Wilsonian 17th Amendment, making Senators elected politicians instead of sovereign state government ambassadors to the federal government but with voting power. The authors of the constitution never intended for America to be or become a democracy; the whole idea of our constitutional republic is to not be a democracy.

Senators used to be statesmen; today they are mere politicians, no different than members of the House of Representatives.

The result is that states yielded some of their sovereign power to the federal government, the rest to the voters of the state, the federal government can nationalize any state's national guard with the stroke of a President's pen, the states of the USA are less sovereign and the USA is less of a Republic and more of a Democracy.

Remember that pure democracy is, precisely, mob rule. It doesn't work. It will always fail, and it is the main lead-in to Socialism.

We need to get back to the original concept of trained neighborhood-based militias. If the National Guard is to be that Militia, then it needs to be divided by county and placed under the control of county sheriffs, who are the only police officers in America who are elected by and accountable solely to the citizens of the county.

What's Wrong With Anti-Discrimination Law

Christianity cannot remain Christianity unless Christians discriminate. America cannot remain America unless her citizens discriminate. You cannot even retain your own identity if you are indiscriminate.

The whole idea of an expansive freedom of speech that grants mortal enemies of the right to freedom of speech an equal footing in the political arena is just plain stupid.

Speaking against any constitutional right, or against the constitution itself, is fine, if that's as far as it goes. But no mortal enemy of free speech, for instance, should ever be allowed to run for office in constitutional America, or allowed into any position of authority in any Church or over any classroom.

They will use their position of authority to quash freedom of speech.

But they were allowed into politics, into academy and even into Churches, and look what it has gotten us.

Bernie Sanders is a militant atheistic Marxist, and a U.S. Senator.

He is diametrically opposed to the constitution he falsely swore to uphold in his oath of office. He and plenty more where he came from are out to take the constitution down, working from the top. His kind are responsible for the unconstitutionally established separation of Church and state, and the secularizing and religious cleansing and "demoralizing" of America.

Socialism opposes all absolute citizen rights of our First Amendment:

So does Islam.

Atheistic Socialism of all varieties, including Communism, National Socialism, Fascism-Corporatism, Marxist-Leninism, Bolshevism, Stalin-ism, Trotsky-ism, Crony-Capitalism, etc., as forms of redistribution-ism and collectivism, are diametrically opposed to the American constitutional absolute legal rights to such things as private property, freedom of speech, freedom of worship, equality of rights with even the government itself, and more.

That makes Socialism and America mortal enemies.

And that makes Socialism and Christianity mortal enemies.

Socialism and Islam are alike in that regard; both are anti-American.

Socialism is antithetical to Christianity and to America. You cannot be a Socialist and also be a Christian or an American. Socialism cannot coexist with Christianity or with constitutional America.

The Marxocrats have already wiped out freedom of speech and taken control of what we are allowed to say, and for the most part we haven't even noticed it because it was so gradual, and so expertly done.

Hate speech codes and laws have supplanted first amendment speech.

Saying the word nigger can get you fired, sued, or even imprisoned in some jurisdictions, but saying words like honky, gringo, cracker, etc., cannot.  We are being directed from above on what we are allowed to say, what we are not allowed to say, and what we are encouraged to say. That is not freedom of speech. It is Political Party Directed speech.

Nor can you say the least bit critical thing about any kind of sexual pervert and not be punished for it. At the time of the writing and ratifying of the constitution, homosexuals were ostracized and shunned, at the very least, and sometimes punished by law. Today, the slightest detraction or negative statement aimed at any of them will get you ostracized and shunned at the very least, and sometimes punished by law. Even in the Churches. It's upside down.

Just because any society or culture allows homosexuals to be homosexual does not mean that that society or culture grants homosexuals any right to be homosexual. There is no natural law right to do that which is just intrinsically wrong. The Marxocrat Party disagrees with that, of course; you cannot name the sin or unnatural thing that they do not sponsor, champion, promote and defend.

Who are the real racists in America?

There is nothing wrong and everything right with having and showing a personal preference for the close company of your own kind. That is not racist; it is what used to be called normal. Racism is an animus toward someone, or an evil intent toward someone strictly because of race.

Black people should be perfectly free to restrict their close associations to their own race, including hiring and working for or with their own race. So should white people. The same thing could be said of heterosexuals, and of people who are chaste, and decent, and polite. And of Presbyterians, Catholics or Jews.

Discrimination codes and laws are just as harmful to the constitutional right to liberty as hate speech codes and laws are to free speech.

Being female, being black, being homosexual are not job qualifications. Nor is being or pretending to be a "gender" that you are not.

Man was made to be discriminate, not indiscriminate. "Affirmative Action" laws and "Equal Opportunity" laws are made to discriminate against majorities, in the interest of furthering chaos and the breakdown of normalcy and orderliness in societies. They cannot be enforced without discriminating against someone.

Anti-discrimination is always discriminatory. It cannot advance itself without demonizing and discriminating against majorities and the status quo. Anti-discrimination is the sort of thing that feeds revolutions.

Multiculturalism is a lie. There is no such thing as a multiculture.

Diversity is not our strength; diversity is our cultural doom; especially diversity in religion, diversity in morality, diversity in ideology and diversity in politics. Let alone diversity in reality.

Such diversity only acts to destroy identity.

Today, thanks to "diversity-inclusiveness" thinking, America has an Islamo-Commie-Homno President, and the Catholic Church has an Islamo-Commie-Homo Pope.

Never mind that you cannot be a Moslem and/or a Marxist and also be an American, or that you cannot be a Moslem and/or a Marxist and also be a Catholic. Biden and Bergoglio are what they are anyway. And today most people don't even notice; they are oblivious to the dichotomy.

Chalk it up to politically corrupted American education.

I submit that in all likelihood Bergoglio was an atheistic Marxist before he was a Catholic cleric, and that may also be true of all of the Saint Galen Mafia members. All of the thousands of Communists and sodomites recruited into Catholic seminaries by Soviet secret agents like Bella Dodd remained Communists and remained sodomites after they became catholic, after they were ordained, and after the became Bishops.

Some of them, like the late Cardinal Bernardine, were Satanists before they were Catholics, and remained secretly Satanists ever after, even while officiating at Catholic liturgies.

It's the same flawed thinking by which we have Chinese citizens, which is to say Chinese Communist Agents in our defense industries.

The Way Out: Where's the Door?

An uncorrected bad kid will become a incorrectable bad citizen.

An unpunished criminal will commit a more serious crime.

Unpunished serious criminals will become anarchists.

Unrestrained anarchy will take over whole nations.

We're seeing it happen right now on college campuses all over the USA.

It's too late to punish the little kid who grew up to be incorrectable, and it's even too late to try to "negotiate" with anarchists holding American sovereign territory and/or the private property of Americans. 

Some of them are young, fooled "Useful Idiots"; that's too bad. It's time to put the hammer down. From this point, American history is going one way, or the other. We cannot let this go on to win against America and against Christianity, and against all that is true. It's got to stop, and that means it's got to be stopped.

But it won't be stopped, so long as the Marxocrat Party is holding the reins with the bipartisan support of the Republicrats. It will get worse.

On 9/11/2001, foreign Islamic Jihadists took over and flew American jetliners full of fuel into the world trade center and the pentagon. To prevent it from ever happening again, as we pointed out in boycott the airlines, American citizens - not foreigners, and not Moslems - began being wanded, x-rayed, felt-up and even strip-searched before boarding planes. The foreign Moslems did it, but the native American citizens were the only ones screened to prevent it happening again.

There is a pattern here.

Mass-shootings occur with the perpetrators being known criminals or nut-jobs in illegal possession of guns, and the Marxocrat political response to prevent reoccurrence is to further restrict legal gun availability to the law abiding citizenry. With Republicrat bipartisan support.

It happens every time, despite the second amendment absolute citizen right to keep and bear arms. It's ignored today.

Ya gotta getta permit, and in some jurisdictions ya can't getta permit.

Why? Because the educated elite ruling class of both parties insist, in common, that "everyone agrees we need 'responsible' gun controls".

In a parody of the famous line from Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Marxism says under its breath,

again, with bipartisan support.

Turnstile-jumping illegal aliens and/or homeless and/or career criminals and/or anarchists rob people, mug people and throw people in front of trains in the NY subway system, and the Marocrat political response is to send National Guards, without ammunition, to stand around and check the backpacks and luggage of citizens who are not turnstile-jumpers, not illegal aliens, not homeless, not career criminals and not anarchists. With Republicrat bipartisan support.

It isn't going to stop until it is put down with direct military force. That means live ammo to troops on the border, and it means live ammo to troops taking campuses and sovereign territory like Dearborn back. It means firing on violent mobs and police-resisting crowds, and if your kid gets crippled or even gets killed, then your kid shouldn't have been there.

If any of these fools went to Palestine and chanted "death to Palestine" they would get their heads sawed off, slowly and painfully.

And, over there, the real problem isn't Hamas, and it isn't even Palestine. It's Islam. Islam knows Israel, like Western Civilization, avoids civilian casualties and "collateral damage" like the plague. And that's what they take advantage of. Hamas, Palestine and Islam are one organic thing, in that regard.

Hamas is actively Jihadist, meaning they actually go out and kill infidels. Palestinian citizens, on the other hand, hope to get to Islamic heaven by dying as human shields for the Jihadists of Hamas, having been killed while supporting Jihad. They want to die. That's why they practice the medical profession and operate hospitals, schools and other businesses on top of Jihadist strongholds and rocket stockpiles and launching places.

It makes Israelis think twice about hitting such targets, but if they do, the supposedly innocent civilians get into Islamic heaven, or so they have been trained to think.

Thus Palestinians are just as evil and dangerous as Hamas, which is just as evil and dangerous as orthodox, Koranic Islam. The Koran tells Moslems to do these barbaric things.

But Islam does not reciprocate. They want to kill as many innocent bystanders as possible once they start killing.

The only form of Islam that was ever reasonable and not barbaric was so-called secular Islam, or Islam that was ruled not by Islamic sharia, but by a secular non-religious government. Like that of Ataturk, and that of the Shah of Iran. 

But, as we see, and as history has shown, Islamic barbarity is always lurking beneath the surface of even secular Islam, waiting to burst forth as it did in the rise of the Ayatollah Khomeini in 1979.

Go back through history; go back to our nation's very first foreign war. 

Islam always was a "religion" of utter barbarity, cruelty and piracy.
