On the Catholic Sensus Fidei and the Proper Sense of American Identity
Catholic Americans Know Wrong When They See It. The Properly formed Catholic Conscience forms the Sensus Fidei; Properly Raised Americans Identify As Americans.

What is the Christian Sensus Fidei? And, what does it really mean to be an American?
A people - any distinct identifiable people - know when something is wrong. No one has to tell them, for the simple reason that they know what is right. They know collectively. You might say, identifyably.
Knowing something is just right begins with knowing who you are.
In a world gone mad, the "draw" of Donald J. Trump is nothing more and nothing less than a proper sense of identity. It is knowing who and what we are, and why we are, and what our purpose is. Collectively.
The Catholic Sensus Fidei is the whole of the Christian faith, drawing from the unchanged Depositum Fidei, carried forward through history by all of the faithful from the lowest to the highest, in the spirit of Truth, protected by the Holy Spirit. It is the supernatural recognition, full appreciation and love of Truth. That which is real.
It is adherence to the true faith, properly overseen by the Bishops; it is a universal consent on all matters of faith and morals. When our Lord Jesus told us that the "the gates of hell will not prevail against it", was He talking about the Bishopric, or all the lay faithful? Well, both make up the Church; but today we see the faithful being more fully "The Church" than an almost totally corrupted hierarchy. And we the faithful collectively sense that the gates of hell will not prevail against us.
It gives new meaning to the phrase keep the faith.
Identity Politics is a direct attack on Christian Identity and American Identity. It is a sneaky underhanded psychological distraction and redirection of popular opinion.
Identity Politics is a Marxist inducement to Cultural Suicide. All the "diversity" the Marxists insist upon is superficial; racial, sexual or otherwise physical. The only "diversity" the new Marxist "Identity Police" will not ever tolerate is any diversity of ideas, politics, religion, philosophy, speech, publishing, communicating, etc. Only the Marxist anti-American viewpoint will ever be tolerated; oppose that viewpoint and they will destroy you.
They falsely accuse us of intolerance of superficial unimportant things while they demonstrate their own intolerance of the most important things.
Now that falsehood, corrupted politics and treason have finally unseated President Trump after more than four years of concerted effort, and the Marxocratic and Repuplicratic Parties are now more clearly and openly seen to be, together, the one, sneaky, underhanded Unicratic Party of Marxism, everybody seems to be looking for the formation of a new political party of some kind, to take back the nation and get back to Constitutional rule.
The citizenry, in their majority, "know" they were cheated, and they are looking about for a way to get un-cheated.
But they don't need any Political Party to do it. All they need is what they are standing on right now; what it is that gives them the unique American common knowledge that the 2020 election was fraudulently won. It is the root of our American Identity. It is our Declaration and our Constitution.
I submit for your consideration the proposition that the American Declaration of Independence, the American Constitution and the Bill Of Rights, together, comprise a fixed political position. A winning political argument that can prevail against any transient and ever-changing political "party" that currently exists, that ever existed in history, or that could ever be brought into being.
We don't need any political party; all we need is our Constitution.
Many among the original authors of the Constitution were actually moved to tears over the profundity of what they had wrought. What they had done was to take a profound, people-first, political argument and, instead of making a political party around it, they fixed it in law. they made it the Supreme Law Of The Land. Unchangeable; or rather, changeable only with the greatest of political and governmental difficulties.
Our Constitution and Bill Of Rights, unique in all the world, sets in stone our inalienable rights as human beings. It presents a winning political argument against monarchy, parliamentarian democracy, socialism and any variant of Marxism ever brought into being or dreamed of, including American Unicratism and all the American Globies.
The difference is, all of these systems are dynasty-driven or party-driven, but American Constitutionalism is the law; it is the government. And that is what makes us unique, and identifiably American. We are, or we are supposed to be, independent operators, with no human rulers, ruled only by our Constitution, the same fixed document that rules our government. Equally with us.
We all stand equal before the same supreme law.
George Washington warned about the rise of political parties and the shifting of governing power from the unchanging Constitution to the ever changing whims of political parties. It's why we recommended outlawing political parties, and why we have written so much against political parties. Parties may not legally be banned from existence, but they most certainly can be banned from holding any extra-constitutional government authority or power in or over any of the three coequal branches of constitutional government, or even in or over any lower governments.
The reason Donald J. Trump drew and increased such a huge following is that he cut through all the political nonsense and smoke and spoke clearly to the unique American identity and to the unique Christian identity. And if he didn't do it absolutely perfectly, he did what no other man was doing or even thinking about, and going against the tide to do it. And he was immediately recognized by us as one of us, in all of our own personal imperfections. He spoke our language, to us and not at us, and he was one of us. Identifiably.
He alone touched both our Sensus Fidei and our American Identity.
Identity Politics Are Destroying Both Church And State.
Trump's defeat proved that the Identity Politics weapon of Marxism is in current ownership of the Catholic Hierarchy, including the Pope, and the American Government. But the Sensus Fidei and the American Identity remain unconquered. Everything the enemy of the Church and the enemy of America does involves destroying our proper sense of identity.
All older and/or all properly properly formed and properly raised Catholics just know, without being told, that "Papa Pachamama" Francis is not really Catholic, does not follow the Creed and stands opposed to the Depositum Fidei. It's obvious.
The fact that the monster McCarrick is not in prison, along with a host of other well known criminal conspirators, both in and out of the Church, gives one example of how all older and/or properly educated American citizens just know, without being told, that our government is no longer "Constitutional". That, too, is obvious.
What has brought us down, or what has brought us to this horrible place in our history, is acquiescence to the supposedly proper sense of just minding our own business and letting others mind theirs, even when their "business" was grossly evil, or grossly un-American.
Well, now they will not allow you to mind your own business.
In the Church, thanks to the pro-homosexual teachings of evil men like Fr. James Martin, another darling of Pope Francis, and thanks to the pro-homosexual (and unconstitutional) regulations, executive orders and court adjudications, you will not shun or discriminate against sexual perverts in any way, you will bless them and publicly approve of them and their activity, or you will be canceled.
You may not mind your own business. You will support the homo "movement", or you will suffer legal, religious and cultural penalties the likes of which have not been seen since before the great flood. Sexual perverts and deviates now have legal "rights" that supersede yours.
The Pope and the Supreme Court agree on this.
Identity politicians of the Unicratic Party are the worst form of racists and sexists imaginable. The obsess over race and sex, and especially over deviant forms of sex. They can't get it off of their evil, twisted minds. Comrade Biden's picks for his cabinet prove the point. All the boxes have been checked, for every race, creed, sex and twisted perversion. That comes first; actual talent or ability or specific expertise comes dead last, because right after special minority identity comes anti-American Marxism. They must be Marxists, right after belonging to some favored minority. Ability and merit comes last.
It is universally hailed by all Unicrats and all Commie-Homo Bishops that Biden picked a sodomite, Pete Buttigieg to be Transportation Secretary, and a trannie, "Rachel" Levine to be Assistant Health Secretary.
That is something to be celebrated by them; and also by you, if you know what's good for you.
Now that Trump has left office ...
I don't really see a way out of this in which the Constitution wins. The very ones who cheated on the critical state elections won, and are in charge of the critical state elections, and so the cheating on critical state elections may be expected to go on steroids. The Party that cheated won, both houses of Congress and the Presidency, and so, they may be expected to cheat even more in all future elections, and to dominate all future legislation, enforcement and adjudication of law.
They may be expected to do what they campaigned to do. Make DC a state. Eliminate the electoral college. Open the borders, and make all illegal aliens voting citizens. Eliminate fracking and fossil fuel use and production. Open public rest rooms to sexual deviates.
And "cancel" us.
And we will have nothing to say about it, since all elections are now under their control.
Those who plan to legislatively fix what's wrong are dreaming, unless a whole lot of former Marxocrat Unicrats suddenly switch sides, sufficient to legislate anything, and sufficient to override Presidential vetoes of anything they legislate. Not too likely.
Those who plan to fix what's wrong through lawsuits are dreaming, because, as all the election fraud lawsuits proved, the Unicrats own most of the courts, most of the attorneys and most of the judges, too, and that control may only be expected to increase under their administration.
At the moment, it looks like the Constitution is toast.
Rush Limbaugh is more optimistic, and I hope he is right. He points out how the Marxocrats (now Unicrats) are made in the image of Wiley Coyote in the Roadrunner cartoons. They always overthink, overreach and outsmart themselves. They wind up holding the bomb, or falling off the cliff with an anvil landing on them just before the bomb goes off.
And he's right about that history; the Trump candidacy and Presidency proved it, time and time again. Everything they tried blew up on them, not so much as anything Trump did, but because they just went so far and got so ridiculous. They defeated themselves, again and again.
Except for the last time.
And we can pray that they will do it again, and somehow undo all the incredible progress they've made through cheating. But, when they own and operate the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, the Supreme Court, the House, the Senate, the Presidency and all the rest of the Swamp, it's hard to see who the ball will fall to when they finally fumble.
We'll see. In the meantime, keep the faith.
The Church, at the very least, will survive till He comes again.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
