This is nuts. People are emptying grocery shelves and fighting in the aisles of the stores. Businesses are shutting down and people are going into a screwy antisocial survivalist mode of panicked thinking. People are hording unnecessary things, like toilet paper and gasoline.
And Churches are shutting? Excuse me?
And Catholics are denied Eucharist on the tongue, or even at all? And no more holy water in the fonts at the doors?
How is receiving Jesus in the hand somehow any less safe than receiving Him on the tongue? How is a dry holy water font any less of a viral transmissible hazard than a full one, when everybody automatically puts their fingers in there anyway, expecting to find holy water?
The news can't shut up about it. 24/7, every day, turn on the news and everything will be about the pandemic, which to this day isn't anywhere close to some of our past flue epidemics, let alone any of history's really horrible ones. It's a pandemic, for sure, but a pandemic of the common cold for crying out loud. Yes, people die from it; but people die every day from all sorts of things. Dying is one of the things people always do, and every one of us is going to do. You don't shut down whole nations over it.
And you don't shut the Church doors at the precise moment when most people need them to be open.
It only begins to make any sense at all when you look at the ultimate goals of Communism, the Sorosians, the Grand Masters of Deceipt, the Alinskyians, Pope Francis and the Saint Galen Mafia, the Cultural Marxism Movement, the Mainstream News Media and Marxocrat Partyism.
All of these disparate people, organizations and movements do not need to conspire together or even know each other, since they all aim at the same anti-sovereign nation globalism, one world government and dictatorial control. Since they all use the same evil Machiavellian and Hegelian political stratagems, none of them ever "let a good crisis go to waste", and once one of them seized on Coronavirus, the rest all followed suite. They're all playing the same game, whether they collude together or not.
It's all globalist, and globalism is anti-nation and therefore anti-American. You can add a lot of Never-Trumpers into that group, because they are all appalled at President Trump's Make America Great - Keep America Great campaigns, just like the rest of the globalists. They are opposed to Trump because, deep down, they are opposed to America. Most of them are more interested in the self than the nation.
I'm telling you, there ain't nobody out there telling it like is is like Michael Voris of Church Militant. He may be the most despised man among the majority of Catholic Bishops, and with good reason.
Just as the Never-Trumpers deep down oppose America, the Never-Vorisers among the Bishops and Priests deep down oppose Catholicism. They can't stand to hear the things Michael says. And he just keeps saying them.
May God bless him.
So what's a Catholic American supposed to do in the face of this government and Church panic-stricken shut down? How are we to survive this viral threat to our very lives?
The same way you prepare yourself against any threat to life.
Do these things, and keep up with your confessions, bathe in the Grace of living the full sacramental life, keep the faith, get out there and go about your normal business, spread the Word, and, guess what?
You will never die.
Don't worry so much about this life; prepare yourself for the next one. Get your spiritual bags packed and keep them that way.
It's the best survival prepping you can ever do.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
Print, sign and send The Letter, and make our Church Catholic again.

Thanks Vic. Another good column with some great Catholic advice.People in this country are panic stricken. Imagine if we were bombed every night like London in WWII. I'm 71 and not in hiding, just hoping to score some toilet paper soon, if these snowflakes would stop hoarding.
Have a great week.
Never be lukewarm.
Life itself demands passion.
He who is indifferent to God has already forfeited his soul.
He who is indifferent to politics has already forfeited his liberty.
In America, religion is not mere window dressing and citizenship is not a spectator sport.
Do not allow our common destiny as a whole people to just happen without your input.
Get in the fight! Engage the Enemy!
Seek the Truth; find the Way; live the Life; please God, and live forever.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in
thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life:
and few there are that find it! Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Jesus Christ; Matt 7:13-15
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator’s supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights.”--Pope Pius XII
"It is not lawful to take the things of others to give to the poor. It is a sin worthy of punishment, not an act deserving a reward, to give away what belongs to others."--St. Francis of Assisi
Truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.—Winston Churchill
The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities.—Ayn Rand
