As we said in our first Bourgeois Strike Back submission, we are still betting on President Trump winning this war against the legion hidden forces of Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, who actually rule the American government from behind all the stage scenery. The reason for our confidence is that President Trump is real, and the Obamunists (and the Sorosians, the Alinskyians, the Marxists and the Globalists) are not.

It's a simple matter of truth versus falsehood. Reality versus unreality.

They are coming at him from a thousand different directions, all with big, overwhelming problems, each one so big that it demands attention lest it bring the entire system down. Does the term Cloward-Piven strike a familiar note?

It's an evil strategy that is actually taught in American universities today. American students are actually taught how to bring the American economy and the American government down by overloading and overwhelming government welfare systems, health-care systems, education-systems, climate-fixing systems, energy-transforming systems, sea-level fixing systems, global-termperature fixing systems, the "social-justice" need to incorporate the whole world population into the USA, and more. Much more.

We wrote about the evil Cloward-Piven strategy in Incremental Tyranny, in Catholic American Treason, in Anti-American Politicians and in the Marxist Cloward-Pivening of Trump. One small part of the giant pile of Cloward-Piven attacks on Trump, and the Bourgeoisie, was the recent invasion, takeover and ransacking of Mar-a-Lago by the American Gestapo. (Excuse me; I meant to say FBI.)

The really big failure, thus far, of the American bourgeoisie to defend itself from this Communist onslaught led by the Marxocrat Party is the continuing lack of recognition of the Communism of Comrade Obama, peace be upon him. In him, America had two terms of a flat out Communist American President, and we are now in a third Obama term, with the always stupid, always criminally-inclined, always the inveterate liar and now the increasingly demented JoBama O'Biden, acting as Obama's sock-puppet President.

Cliff Kincaid accurately described this Obama Presidency From Hell, and accurately described how and why Republicrats lose elections, and he accurately described who Obama's "Progressive" backers are and what they want. He, and we, have been trying to shake bourgeois America awake to the threat that is now within us. It isn't so much that the enemy is inside the gates as it is that the enemy is now so many of us.

The devious, strategic Communist Marxocrat Party ploy is to constantly strive to "bring us all together" and to "unite us all", regardless of politics, normalcy, perversion, Christianity, anti-Christianity, Islam, religion, militant atheism, real sex, imaginary sex, sexual orientation, race, racism, anti-racism, shape, patriotism, communism, globalism, anarchy, nationalism, Jihad-ism, lawfulness, criminality, addictions or whatever. 

That is so stupid as to be suicidally insane.

Many formerly bourgeois Americans have been schmoozed into now being communist Americans. Schmoozed into quite serious psychotic personal identity crises. Opposed to themselves, or to their own best interests, and certainly opposed to their own created nature. Indoctrinated through government controlled education, and propagandized by government controlled news media.

Citizens who no longer know who or what they are, what their purpose for being is, what they are supposed to do and what they are not supposed to do.

This has got to be turned around. If it is not corrected Constitutional America is doomed. Our government is constituted to be of, by and for the people; when the people don't even know what or who they are, the government becomes just as schizophrenic, sclerotic, insane and stupidified as the citizenry.

  1. We are humans.
  2. We are male and female.
  3. We are Christians.
  4. We are Americans.
  5. We are bourgeois.
  6. We are supposed to know that and act accordingly.

The future of America's bourgeoisie is intrinsically linked to the future of the American Constitution. As that Constitution goes, so goes the bourgeoisie. In Bourgeois Strikes Back we defined the word bourgeois, and outlined some of the "Strike-Back" things that would restore America to actually being the pro-bourgeois Constitutional nation it was designed to be, and that could only be done under the leadership of President Trump, for the simple reason that nobody else would ever do any of them, let alone all of them, or see any of them all the way through.

Therein we talked about

  1. Repealing Amendment 17 and getting the Senate back out of politics where it was never intended to be.
  2. Outlawing political parties as being unconstitutional and therefore illegally controlling all the governing processes of the federal government, completely outside of all constitutional constraints on government.
  3. Repealing Amendment 16, passing the Fair Tax, eliminating the entire IRS and the citizen's need to ever file income tax returns and abolishing all citizen taxes other than the Fair Tax, at least at the federal level.
  4. Declaring all unconstitutional federal regulating bureaucracies to actually be unconstitutional, null, shut down, everyone in them fired, all regulations voided and nullified, each to be restored only through the constitutional amendment process.
  5. Declaring unconstitutional laws, legal precedents, regulations and executive actions to actually be unconstitutional, null, no law and no longer in force; and, to call for the impeachment of every Representative, Senator and Supreme Court Justice who ever voted to legislate or adjudicate them into existence, in violation of the constitution and the oath of office.

Here we will add to that "Constitution's Strike Back" list.

The Constitution's revenge, Part 6:

Get the American federal government, the UN and all other foreign or globalist interests out of American education and end all federal tax expenditures to any schools, colleges or universities. It is the political party influenced and controlled federal government that is behind the anti-human, anti-Christian and anti-American abominations and travesties being taught in all formal education today.

Education is not among the limited and enumerated authorized powers of government listed in the Constitution, so the federal government has no constitutional business addressing education in legislation, enforcement or adjudication of law, or in the expenditure of treasure.

A quote from Breaking Public Education:

What do George Soros, the UN, COMINTERN, CPUSA, Obamunism, the Marxocrat Party, Al Gore, Agenda 21, Common Core, Academia, Scientism and General Liberalism all have in common? 

  1. The "Un-sustainability" myth of unlimited human population v dwindling resources;
  2. The Planet-destroying nature of uncontrolled human kind myth;
  3. The systematic elimination of Judaeo-Christian belief and morality, and the reduction of the human family in favor of the social "Village";
  4. A systematic falsified teaching of "Nature" and "Naturalness", as opposed to demonized "unnatural" religion, aimed at the increased degradation and moral depravity of human culture;

[Breaking Public Education]

This is the real original source of transgender teaching, critical theory, critical race theory, the false normalcy and acceptability of homosexuality, the false evils of Americas history, the false racism of America, the false "genetic racism" of white people, the false pending planetary doom of global warming, etc., etc., etc. The teacher's unions are in on it, but the real source of all of this Marxist PSYOP falsehood is the Marxocrat party and the federal government.

It's all unconstitutional. The department of education should be shut down and everyone in it fired. All federal expenditures to all schools at all levels should be cut off. All government subsidized tuition and any government grants, awards, etc., related to education should be terminated. Government-university research laboratories and programs should be moved from anti-American to pro-American universities, or terminated. No federal funds should go to states or lower governments for any education, including federal funding for public schools.

If state and local governments want to continue to fund public schools and any colleges and universities, they could do so, but federal funding should be cut off, short of a constitutional amendment making it constitutional.

If states cannot afford to run their public schools without federal funding they should consider "gifting" them to the current occupying administrators and faculties, and allowing them to run them in open competition with private, parochial and home schools, with the sole source of revenue being parent-paid tuition. We have elsewhere herein recommended federal payments, similar to (or added to) the monthly Fair Tax "Prebait" payments, to American citizen parents of school-age children to spend as they please for tuition to the school or home school of their choice, or not.

Families make their own choices and live with the consequences.

All truancy laws should be outlawed as infringements on liberty. Anti-bourgeois Socialists always try to (1) legally force people to do something and simultaneously (2) restrict the ability of people to do that, forcing them into the government (or crony capitalist) supplied option, i.e., public education, covid shots and boosters, etc.

Teacher's unions would no longer be able to go on strike against the taxpayers who have no voice in negotiation or arbitration, for individual parents of individual students would have the only voice unions could to talk to. They now settle things in an unrepresentative way with governments, courts, arbitrators and everyone except the taxpayers who actually pay for their salaries and benefits, who have no voice in any disputes. This would reverse that situation. Absent government funding and involvement, all previously public schools would each sink or swim, as a business, based solely on pleasing their individual paying customers.

Businesses, including high tech, including law, including medicine, need to stop depending on corrupted and culturally Marxist universities and return to depending on interns, apprentices and on-the-job trainee employees who will learn more specifically how to do good work that needs to be done, by watching, learning and doing in the work place.

Notable figures who did much for America, such as George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Abraham Lincoln and Rush Limbaugh, never earned a college degree.

And all of America was made better by the work they did.

The Constitution's Revenge, Part 7:

Repeal the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, close down the FED, returning all American treasure from the crony capitalist cartel of federal reserve banks back to the US Treasury department, along with the all authority over the mints, and the coining and printing of American currency and control of the American money supply.

And bring the bookkeeping for American treasure back the American treasury where it belongs.

We've been saying this for years, for example in,

and elsewhere herein.

We all should strongly suspect corruption here, for there is no oversight, and the general opinion in current federal government agrees that the FED should be independent of the American government, the constitution, and certainly independent of us lowly bourgeoisie.

That's the sort of thing that government by unconstitutional and therefore illegal political party agendas leads to. The constitution no longer counts as much as the spurious and ever changing opinions of the holders of constitutional offices; oaths of office notwithstanding.

The FED has no business tweaking interest rates. Even the constitutional government, if it were still in charge of its own treasure, should leave interest rates alone and let them naturally float with the laws of supply and demand, in this case, of American currency.

The only thing, aside from strict accounting, that the government should be messing with is the supply of money, in accordance with Milton Friedman's monetarism. Monetarism insists that a nation's money supply should only increase with a nations' natural population growth, but not to exceed a low limit, such as 2.5% per year, and that interest rates should be strictly left alone.

  • Interest rates should be allowed to naturally float and self-adjust with the laws of supply and demand of money.
  • Prices should be allowed to float and self-adjust with the laws of supply and demand of goods and services.
  • Wages should be allowed to float and self-adjust with the laws of supply and demand of labor.

In all of world history there has never been an incident of runaway or hyperinflation that was not accompanied by the printing (or false-booking, virtualizing, Quantitative-Easing, etc.) of a nation's currency. Putting too much money into circulation, as is being done by the Marxocrat Party today, is dooming to any national economy.

The JoBama Bidan/Commi-La Harris regime is putting money in accounts and on books that doesn't exist, and the banks and corporations are going along with it. It's being spent (creating debt) but it doesn't even exist. It's a way of pumping money into the system without printing or coining it. It's all virtual money.

The economic hole they have dug us into is now so deep that it is going to take the restoration of President Trump to the American Presidency just to give us any hope of ever getting us out of it.

Banishment as a Legal Penalty

For citizens, banishment would primarily be an inducement to voluntary self-deportation. For non-citizens, Banishment would include mandatory deportation. The legal penalty of banishment from America would include forfeiture of all American real estate property and it would mean stripping the convict of American citizenship and all rights attached to American citizenship, including the rights to vote, to hold office, to be armed, to any security clearance, to government employment, to any private government contract employment, to any welfare, retirement or other government benefits, to teach, to hold any position of authority over others, and to not be discriminated against in employment, housing or any association with others. The convict would be added to a national persona non grata list and permanently prohibited from re-entry into any American port or any American embassy. The convict would be required to periodically register his whereabouts with the police as a dangerous seditionist. (See Banishment.)

The Constitution's Revenge, Part 8:

Finish the wall, enforce standing border and immigration laws and get all the criminal aliens in America the hell out of here. Close all immigration as it was closed from 1924 until 1965 when the drunken Marxocrat Ted Kennedy had it opened up again, at the eventual cost of a once pro-American and conservative state of California, which may never be the same again.

End all green-cards and allow only temporary visas to be issued. The reason immigration was shut down in 1924 was to allow the millions upon millions of immigrants already in America time to assimilate into the American culture and become real Americans.

That problem is greater today, by orders of magnitude, than in 1924.

All criminal aliens, including those who overstayed their visas or who's green cards have expired, need to be rounded up and deported. There is no such thing as an "anchor-baby" who is a citizen just because his criminal alien mother gave it birth in America. That clause of the constitution was relating to the birth of slaves, who had been freed, and were citizens of America. Not to foreigners who were not citizens.

The authors assumed that the parents of the baby born would be American citizens, and the citizenship of Americans transcends borders. Therefore, babies born to Americans who are on foreign soil are American citizens, as happens often with military families.

Being born of American citizens is more important than being born on American soil. The authors of the 14th amendment never intended to allow foreigners to come here, on purpose, illegally, while pregnant, just to give birth to a child who would be legally considered to be American.

That most certainly was not their intent.

A careful investigation (hopefully with another more faithful Attorney General) of who conspired to open the borders, stop enforcing border and immigration law, set up sanctuary cities, move illegal aliens around the nation by dark of night, and in general bring this situation upon the nation with a view toward indictment, trial, conviction, prison time and banishment.

Those convicted could spend their prison time on GITMO, and after their time is served, they would be released right there in Cuba, where they could apply for a Visa to wherever they choose; or, they could just live there and be happy in a typical communist worker's paradise.

Toward breaking insurance strangle-hold on sections of the free market, and returning to simple common sense direct transactions between service providers and service consumers.

Work toward getting away from overcharged insurance and back to reasonably priced cash-for-pay services, especially in medical care or insurance, or car and big item repair or insurance.

  • Legislate (Regulate? Executive Order?) to eliminate Medical Claims Code systems, with constantly changing codes for the whole nation-wide health care insurance industry dictated and administered by the federal Medicare/Medicaid bureaucracies.
  • Legislate to make group health insurance policies (1) issue individual policies to each individual in the group covered, as the individual's own policy; (2) If and when any insured individual's situation changes to become a claimant, the insured's premiums are suspended and forgiven and the claims paid until the insured's condition changes. If the insured leaves the group (i.e., specific employment) the individual policy goes with him with adjusted premiums, which are suspended if the individual policy is in claimant mode.
  • Legislate to change beneficiaries and who is to be paid in insurance policies to be the one insured and not the health care facility, auto repair shop, etc.

Constitutionally speaking, things like water, food, fuel, shelter, clothing, and the practice of medicine, have nothing whatsoever to do with the federal government or any of its soviets. I mean bureaucracies.

None of these real world needs ought to be so expensive. Americans should be buying catastrophic insurance only, not insurance for the common cold or the need for aspirin, or a minor fender-bender.

The Constitution's revenge, Part 10:

Toward breaking the unions, especially government unions, in which unions and politicians contest and decide how much the taxpayers, who have no voice and no say in the contest, will pay, lest the union go on strike.

  • Legislate to make employer deductions from employee paychecks for union dues illegal, because it forces non-union employees to pay to support a union they do not, or do not want to, belong to or support.

Employees could still enjoy union membership; they would simply pay their dues themselves.

The purpose of any business is to make a profit. If it cannot make a profit it cannot remain in business.

Unions exist to set wage controls, irrespective of the business need to make a profit.

Wage controls, like price controls, and like interest controls, interfere with the natural laws of supply and demand. In the case of unions, it is the supply and demand of different kinds of labor. The labor market, too, like all other markets, is a competitive market. Employers compete for the best workers. Good, honest workers can always receive whatever the market demands for their type of work. If any employer pays below the going rate or scale, employees are always free to change employers.

The Constitution's Revenge, Part 11:

In the interest of increasing proper divisiveness, restoring appropriate stigmas, anathemas and social separations.

Evil is supposed to have a stigma attached to it. Grave sin is supposed to be anathematized. Good, law abiding people are not supposed to gather with known criminals.

The only real question here is whether you stand with or against God.

Another way of saying the exact same thing is to question whether you stand in Truth, or in Falsehood.

No true-to-his-faith Christian can bless sodomy, lesbianism, homosexuality, the myriad transsexualities or perversions of the sexual order, or even look aside and not address them at all. These perversions are evil. No one is born that way; that's a lie. No one "can't help the way they are"; that's another lie.

It's not something to be proud of, but something to be ashamed of.

Having read what I just wrote, anyone in the homo "community", and many others who bless, approve of and defend the homo "community" would call those words intolerable, and me intolerable, and condemn me as a bigot, and maybe even a homophobe, although I have no irrational fear of faggots.

But if they will not tolerate me, why on earth should I tolerate them?

We are incompatible. We really need to separate, and divide.

So who's America is it to be? Theirs, or ours?

Who's Church is it to be? Theirs, or ours?

I don't know about you, but I stand in Truth.

You could apply these same true-or-false questions to so many issues plaguing America and plaguing the Church, from contraception, to abortion, to climate change, to the "goodness" of socialism, etc.

And the worst may be race.

Note how all of the Marxists, Communists, Socialists, BLM, Antifa, the whole Marxocrat Party, many big shot Republicrats, the News Media, Academia, Corporate America, the USCCB, the UN, the Francis Vatican, etc., are all obsessed with race.

And race may be the most insignificant thing of all to even consider.

Who the hell cares about race? 

They do. It's like sodomy; they can't get it off of their tiny little minds.

An interesting fact:  Most anti-white racists on earth are white.

What does that tell you?

Most racists in the world are both anti-American and anti-Christian.

And we need to separate from them.
