Breaking Faux Civil Rights: If it's not Constitutional it's not a Civil Right. 

If they are not in the Natural Law and not in the Constitution, then they are not "Civil Rights" and they may not be addressed in Federal Law.

I really am not surprised that elements of the federal government, now with the Justice Department in the lead, backed up by the Court, is imposing Imaginary Gender Civil Rights on the American citizenry against their will, and against the Constitution.  After all, this is the Obama Regime, and after all, even though the Republicrats hold majorities in both the House and the Senate, Marxocrat Party agenda and programs are being pushed through at hyper speed with absolutely no resistance. 

Obviously, the Republicrats in Congress are in total agreement with the Obamunists and the Marxocrats, or there would be real meaningful resistance, other than harmless political bloviating about it.  So even the Republicrats believe there is such at thing as an imaginary gender, and the poor dears afflicted with an imaginary gender are being discriminated against by the whole evil American enterprise.  Or, if that's not true, I suppose the whole Congress could be comprised of absolute imbeciles. 

Of course, there's always the third possibility:  that they're all working on or cooperating to treasonably sideline, bypass, override and render inoperative the American Constitution they all falsely swore to uphold in their oaths of office. 

As we pointed out in Breaking Homo Marriage, Sexual Perversions are not listed in Article One Section Eight or anywhere else in the Constitution, so the President, the Congress and the Court have no Constitutional business addressing any sexual perversion, in legislatiion, execution or adjudication of any law or situation.  Sexual perversion is not even a federal government matter. 

So what?  That hasn't stopped them from addressing anything else. 

We have previously discussed the Marxist creation of faux classes, and of even more faux classes, but this is addressing how our own government is taking imagined-into-being classes of citizens to the next level, falsely claiming that, one, they have special civil rights the rest of us do not have, and two, that their civil rights are being violated, by us, i.e., the rest of the nation. 

But all good Marxists know that you can't incite a class war in the absence of classes, and once you invent classes, they have to be agitated into action, or there will be peace.  And Marxism cannot advance in the presence of peace, and a happy or contented citizenry.  That's why the Obamunists and the Marxocrats are continually adding ingredients and stirring their evil social cauldron. 

Do you see women listed in Article One Section Eight?  That's funny, neither do I.  Forget about the imaginary genders for the moment; do you see homos or any other kinds of perverts listed in Article One Section Eight?  No?  Again, neither do I.  Nor do we see rich people, or successful people listed there.  I take that to mean that women and homos and perverts and rich people are not supposed to be treated any differently than the rest of us, and certainly not granted any special rights or favors that the rest of us do not enjoy, or any negative treatment, special responsibilities, requirements or obligations not imposed on the rest of us. 

But we see that our federal government does indeed show extreme favoritism and favorable legal treatment to women, homosexuals and imaginary gender nuts, and it does indeed demonize and ostracize, and seek to over tax and over regulate and control "The Rich", while carefully excluding themselves and their most important crony capitalist owner-operators from that negative treatment. 

Faux Civil Rights Trump First Amendment Protections.

I know, I know, you always thought you had "Freedom Of Speech".  But you do not.  Nor do you have "Freedom Of The Press".  We are not under the Constitution any more, and haven't been under it for some time now.  You had better watch what you say, and what you print or publish.  Sooner or later, the government will shut this site down. 

We've all seen or heard about people and groups and businesses ruled against by schools, colleges, businesses and even American courts for "chauvinistic" or "misogynistic" or "homophobic" or "Islamophobic" language.  All of that would be direct violations of the Constitution, if were still under the Constitution, but, obviously, that is not the case.  If it were, no one would be kicked out of school, or lose their job, or lose their business or suffer at the hands of the legal system. 

Now, we are to be legally forced to use the preferred imaginary gender pronoun whenever addressing someone with an imaginary gender.  We're supposed to correctly guess what that imaginary gender might be, and then use the proper pronoun, or face potential civil action in court.  See? 

Our new unconstitutional government now recognizes one crime only:  to discriminate.  It's practically a felony.  In Discrimination, we talked about how discrimination was supposed to be prohibited to government, not the free citizenry, in order to ensure equal treatment under the law.  It is the government that is not supposed to discriminate; not the citizens.  Citizens must discriminate, every day, if they are to live proper lives.   This has been turned upside down. 

All anti-discrimination law is, in fact, government imposed discrimination.  Every anti-discrimination law or rule or regulation is an example of people being forced to discriminate.  Schools and banks and businesses of all kinds are forced by law to discriminate in favor of blacks and other minorities in admission, test scores, hiring, advancement, credit, loans, and really, success in life. 

We showed, in Intolerant Indiscrimination, how we can be intolerant and indiscriminate at the same time, by being absolutely intolerant of anyone who discriminates, whether he discriminates justifiably and correctly or not.  This is the nuttiness we have been trained into.  But that ain't all.  We have been programmed in tolerating intolerance, too.  As long as it is intolerance expressed against us. 

In Racial Discrimination we addressed race in Natural Law, which perfectly coincides with God's Law, as it must, since God is the Author of Nature.  The first of the four Natural Law civil rights of man listed in our Declaration of Independence, i.e., that all men are created equal, reinforced that ideal and incorporated it into the very foundation of America.  Equal Justice, meaning equal treatment under the law, became an absolute requirement of the Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. 

But, as I said, we're not under the Constitution any more.  The whole Obamunist Regime, including its Justice Department, and all of our extra-constitutional government regulating bureaucracies, and our whole court system, up and down the line, just keep proving and reproving that fact every day. 

That declared principle of equal justice is precisely what we fought our Civil War over.  We could either remain a nation condoning human slavery, or we could enforce equal justice; one or the other.  We talked about that ugly history among the Political Parties Pages, particularly in Rampant Party Unconstitutionalism and in the Democrat Party Flag. 

The Marxocrat Party's Successful Racist-Blame Reversal.

America, the nation, was never racist as a nation.  It was the committed slave owners and traders who became the original Democrat Party who were racist, as a body, standing against the rest of the "equal justice" nation.  It was the pro-Douglas, anti-Lincoln Political Party.  The Party of Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee and the Confederacy.  The Party of the Confederate Flag, and of Secession from America. 

It was an anti-American Party from its "Slavery Forever" birth. 

After being defeated in our Civil War, the Democrat Party continued to exist and wield political power.  It was this Party that enacted Jim Crow laws, and invented the KKK as it's militant, quasi-military branch, and that used everything from terrorism and murder to political shenanigans to intimidate, suppress and control blacks and other minorities, including even Catholics.  All under the Confederate Flag, not the American Flag. 

America was perhaps too kind to the Confederates after the Civil War.  The Democrat Political Party never should have been allowed to continue to exist.  What it stood for, before, during and after the Civil War, was flat-out anti-American. 

And it proved that simple fact again in its bloody and murderous campaign against Martin Luther King and his peaceful demonstrations seeking civil rights and racial equality.  All the politicians and Sheriffs who opposed King, and all the cops with the clubs and dogs and fire hoses, and all the KKK murderers, were Democrat Party members in good standing.  It had become the ferocious "Segregation Forever" party. 

But then, primarily under the racist Democrat Lyndon Johnson, it switched tactics, and pretended to be the great "Racial Equality" Party, pushing black "civil rights" to new heights, recruiting blacks to the Party and agitating them against the nation.  It was "Great Society" programs, and a supposed "war on poverty" that hyper-activated black dependency on welfare programs. 

The notion that blacks, just by being black, had something owed to them by racist America, and the Democrat Politicians were going to champion that cause, began the black-dependency on government cycle that began to systematically destroy the once strong black family, and to virtually eliminate black fatherhood.  All while making black Americans dependent on the Democrat Party, making them hate white America, and keeping them agitated and stirred up against all political opposition in particular and America in general. 

Meanwhile, the always anti-American Democrat Party morphed into the anti-American Marxocrat Party, favoring all anti-American Marxist principles over the American Constitution.  Government growth, migrating political power from the people to the government, favoring collectivism and redistributism over individual liberty and private property, and distorting "equal justice" to be "equal property" and "equal life status" under the title of "Social Justice" became the Marxocrat Party agenda. 

All of these Marxist notions oppose our Declaration and our Constitution. 

That's why we recommend Breaking The Parties. 

No Political Party is worthy of Constitutional America. 

Entertainment has gone almost totally Marxocrat. 

Examples abound.  Just look at old rerun episodes of All In The Family.  The Meathead, played by Rob Reiner, as Hollywood's typical Marxocrat Party voter played off against Archie Bunker, played by Carol O'Conner, who played the roll of Hollywood's typical Republicrat Party voter. 

The Meathead was Leftist and right; Bunker was a bigot, and wrong. 

The Meathead was also intelligent, and the bigot was typically stupid. 

The Meathead totally embraced every false and since then failed pseudo-science pro-Marxist, anti-American fraud being perpetrated in the era, including: 

And on, and on, and on.  And, of course, that America, the nation, rather than the Marxocrat Party, is and has been from birth a racist nation.  The Meathead was, of course, the super-intelligent atheist, and the bigot was, of course, the typically stupid Christian. 

Look at any of the old sit-com reruns and you will see something similar.  M*A*S*H was a good example, which, like All In The Family, always saw the "good" in the Communist cause, and always saw American anti-Communist action as unnecessary intervention and even bullying.  The world would be better off if America just kept a hands-off attitude and allowed Communism to just go ahead and overrun whatever other lands it wanted to overrun, including Korea and Vietnam. 

Look at reruns of Everybody Loves Raymond for more anti-human, pro-contraception, near obsession with all topics sexual.  Nominal Catholics are portrayed as typical, and religion itself is trivialized nearly out of existence. 

Hollywood cannot do humor any more without sex as a main topic.  Nor can it portray man in any positive light, in relationship with the environment.  Nor can it show Capitalism in a favorable light, in relationship with Marxism.  Nor can it show anything other than favorable treatment of minorities, and unfavorable treatment of white people, lumped in with a false racist history of America and of all of Western Civilization. 

In Hollywood's eyes, only Marxists are not racists.  See? 

Faux Civil Rights Go On Steroids.

Truly legal Civil Rights are all in the Constitution.  Recognized Human Rights, of Equality, Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, are recognized by all Christians and Jews as Natural Law Rights.  We who recognize the Divine Author of Nature recognize these four rights as possessed by every human being on earth.  That is our beginning point relationship upon first meeting any foreign or native fellow human being. 

Legal Civil Rights, in America, as applied to American citizens, are all in the Constitution.  Most of them are found in the Bill Of Rights, comprising the first ten Amendments, which were required by the Framers to be included before they would ratify the whole Constitution. 

The whole reason for the Constitution, or the main reason, was to protect the citizenry from their own government.  These are all rights of the citizens, not the government.  The government is Constitutionally prohibited from infringing any of these civil rights.  They apply equally to all citizens. 

The idea here, which seems to be lost on younger generations, is that the law is the sovereign in America.  Not the government, and not the citizenry.  The Constitution.  The Supreme Law of the Land. 

We have no human sovereign. 

All citizens, from the President on down, are subject to the Constitution, and stand equal before the Constitution. 

All of our political arguments revolve around this principle, as shown in the Political Ideologies Page. 

But, under the masterful deceit of the Marxocrat Party program, we have been tricked into embracing extra-constitutional civil rights as if they were somehow legal, with no Amendments to the Constitution required. 

So we've seen, allowed, accepted and embraced "Equal Opportunity" and "Affirmative Action" civil rights, not equally applied to every citizen, but forcing discrimination against the majority in favor of minorities in nearly all areas of citizen life, from education to employment to housing to credit and loans to advancement in any area of life. 

And we all think that's a good thing.  But what it does is agitate, and stir the Marxist social cauldron. 

The principle that is lost, or that is contorted and twisted, is the principle that it is the government, not the citizenry, that is legally prohibited from discrimination.  Minorities are to be treated as equals in law, in access to justice, as equals throughout government, and throughout all public access, public facilities and the open retail marketplace. 

But that's it. 

Private citizens and private businesses and private schools are (or should be) perfectly free to discriminate in who they choose to associate or not associate with.  That includes hiring or admitting or allowing in or promoting. 

Preferring to associate with like people or like sexes is not racist and not sexist.  It's natural.  There is nothing wrong with preferring the close company of your own kind. 

Black and Hispanic and Women's organizations prove that every day, or, they prove that they can exclude whites or men or heterosexuals or whatever they choose to exclude.  And that's OK. 

But what's so special about them?  Why do they, and only they, get to discriminate? 

It's only to stir animosity between groups, and keep minorities seething. 

And to feed the myth that it is America, and Western Civilization, that is racist, and not the Marxocrat Party, and not all opposition to America and to Western Civilization.  Certainly not Marxists.  No; Marxism loves minorities and women and homos; Marxism wants to give them restitution from all the evils done to them by America.  See? 

And now, we're all supposed to correctly guess the wild-assed, imagined into being "gender" of the mental freak standing in front of us, and use the "proper" gender-specific pronoun in addressing it, or face legal problems. 

Right.

Well, here's my all-inclusive proper gender-specific pronoun for all the Bruce Jenner-types, and all the other freaks on the ever-growing stupidassed trannie-train:

It.

That's it.  And maybe Pervert.

  • His, Hers, Its.
  • Master, Mistress, Single Pervert.
  • Mr., Mrs., Married Pervert.

I don't know about you, but I ain't playing their supidassed word game.
